The ring I purchased was a bit too large at first, thus I contacted customer service. For a small service fee, they sent me a new ring in the correct size and I also got to keep the other ring - which I happily gifted to someone else.

The materials, colors, and designs were beautiful and satisfied all tastes. I ordered a set of rings for each occasion, and everyone was asking about the beauty of the design, color, and materials. Yes, I loved it.

These guys are great. I bought a ring but it wasn’t quite the right size but they replaced it with no problems. They even checked in with me a few months later to make sure I was still happy.

Bought a ring as a wedding ring for me (male). i needed one that could withstand the pressure of a job were you use the hands, and the ring holds true. No scaring, no chipping no nothing just a nice looking sturdy ring at good price.
But hey the support, the acually guys working there omg they are amazing, i bought the wrong size they sent and fixed me a new one within days, emails customers to confirm they are happy and that the iteams was delivered.
This shop is 10/10 would recomend !!

I love the rings - I've bought two so far, and impressed with their fit, their look, and their feel. But I'm even more impressed with their customer service! My second ring somehow went missing in transit - it was no longer being tracked. I reached out to Ring, and they looked into it and promptly took care of it. Through the process, they were friendly and understanding, and I felt truly valued as a customer. Five stars!

The customer service has been exceptional. I had an issue with sizing, and my emails were answered promptly and my issue resolved without any stress . The ring is beautiful. Gorgeous polished wood on the inside, and stunning engraved silver on the outside. My husband loves it. We chose silver forest. 10/10. Highly recommended.

J'ai effectué une commande de 2 bagues et, bien qu'ayant mesuré, je me suis trompé de taille...
J'ai prix contact pour modifier la taille et celà a été très simple, j'ai reçu les nouvelles bagues sans avoir à renvoyer les premières bagues, les 2 livraisons ayant été effectuées dans les temps prévus.
Elles sont magnifiques, comme prévu

This was a 5 star, until today, not for any problems with Customer service or anything, but I have a couple of rings from here. I got a Damascus one most recently and it's disappointing me a little, it isn't actual Damascus in the slightest, feels a lot like some plating has just been scratched off to give the illusion of it, including some scuffs on it. My other concern is that I've seen ads for multiple jewelry websites and I kept noticing rings that looked exactly the same as the ones on sale here, making me think that they're actually just things you can buy in bulk being repackaged. At the end of the day, they are well put together and service is great. But I can't ignore that last point

Ring arrived on time.
I had initially typed in the wrong delivery address. I emailed customer care and they responded within a day, correcting my error. Really happy with the delivery and ring.

This has turned out to be the best online “store” I’ve ever found / used. Super high quality rings - and know I see a ton of knock-off “stores”. The Ring Shop has the best pricing of any other - hands down. And, I have to mention their excellent customer care. I usually skip over sites that don’t publish a phone number, but they are very responsive via e-mail and quickly as well.
Have to thank Clementine. She has been dedicated and actually fixes problems!! No run around, no excuses or ghosting you. Just HELP!

Five star rating, I would give 6 stars if possible. A truly professional company with a Wonderful website and exceptional customer service. Clementine was amazing. The quality of the rings are second to none, they are truly amazing and look even better in real life. I so far have bought the Pharaoh Ring and Siren ring both exquisite, so unique. The Pharaoh Ring is my wedding ring which is a week and a half away and can't wait to have it officially put on my finger. Customer Service exceptional, please when someone buys a ring, get your finger sized by a shop or professional body as some of the ring sizes you can buy on line are not accurate as I found out and were too tight. i informed the Ring shop are asked if they could do anything as I was getting married in 3 weeks. They provide a resize service 32 pounds for both rings. Yesterday I received both of my rings in size 11. Just a week and a half to get them. I am so, so happy and can't thank Clementine enough for his help. I asked how to send the original rings back and I have been told to keep them as a back up ! Unbelievable, what a truly wonderful company especially as it was my fault basically for ordering the wrong size. I will be buying more rings and have recommended The Ring Shop to my friends. Go treat yourself to a remarkable, unique ring, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered the Lord Of The Rings ring. I followed all their suggestions like double check finger size at a jewellers which I did. The ring arrived and I was extremely pleased with it, the crafting is superb and so is the finish, engraving and it fits perfectly. Great company to deal with, I can highly recommend them.

The ring is so cool! Wearing it makes me feel like I'm drwaven king of middle-earth. If you like that kind of fantasy, the rings make you feel energy and pride.
The respond of shop stuff was also very kind and quick. Trust worthy cool shop.

Look EXACTLY as advertised, if not even better in real life. They are so beautifully made, with bevelled edges which mean they glide onto your finger. They look absolutely STUNNING if you stack and are so precisely made, they look like one fabulous ring. I have had so many compliments about them, I only wish I had more ring fingers! I purchased Stellar and Viola. Already purchased another as a gift and recommended to a friend. Great packaging and customer service too.

As someone who typically doesn’t purchase jewellery I ordered a few wedding rings and selected my favourite.

The returns policy was pretty simple and Clementine in customer services was really helpful and responsive with any issues I had.

Product is good and I’m really pleased with my experience.
