I was looking around different sites to upgrade a laptop running Windows Vista. I wasn't having much luck until I found The Software City's website. I was easily able to purchase, download, install Windows 10, and get the laptop up and running again in no time. The Software City even checked in to make sure I was able to install Windows 10 and get the laptop back and running. I give them an A+!

got the key right away. never got the software. no indication in Microsoft account. Support just said spend more money. I want a refund

Turned chaos into order. When I could not get Microsoft to load my purchased software, Software City came to the rescue. When I indicated I had problems getting on to their system, they immediately took over and fixed the problem.

I wanted the word and excell program and I got it. Now though I am limited on my computer. For example, I needed to scan a document and send it but now I’m told my iCloud is full and if I want more storage room, I have to pay for it. I’m not interested in using iCloud but I do need to find another way to use my computer as I did prior to downloading loading the new programs I purchased from you.

They kept in touch with me and got my order downloaded with no problem. Was most helpful and considerate. Answered my questions and did a little maintenance to help my computer to download more quickly. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I bought Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus (Windows). Download was fine and product key came through quickly. All good!

The fellow I worked with was willing to get my software installed right away without waiting. He found installations that needed to be removed I was aware of. Microsoft has become a bit of a bear to navigate - always has been. I was happy to let someone more familiar with this software than to deal with it on my own.

I found it fairly simple to install to get up and running. I wish the person that sold me the computer would have told me about this software as I would have had them do this for me instead of loading Office 365. Anyway I am able to use it and that is what matters most to me.

I thought the downloading would be simple as advertised, but all the way through the process, I was uncertain about my steps. I still do not have full access to Microsoft Office. I can't do all the functions I need in WORD. Don't know if it is because my software isn't fully licensed or not fully downloaded.
