When I was having issues, Charles jumped on a support session and got my software running.

The "Move" function won't move - anything! I can't believe this. Another item: when I click on the far right down arrow, I get a pop-up box instead of the bar scrolling down like it should. And that stupid box pops up most every time. And the pop-up box is so far at the bottom of the screen that there's barely any room to place the cursor under the box to get to the down arrow again. It would be nice if these items were fixed. This has been happing since last Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving.

The Rep was online on time. He kept me informed of what he was doing.. I would highly recommend this service.

Installed perfectly and no issues. Follow up by the company was outstanding to make sure everything went well.

At first I wasn’t sure about this because the price was so good. When I tried to install it I had difficulty. Then the technician worked for over an hour to make it right and he sure did!! I recommend this company and their product is legit! 5 Stars hands down. Great customer focus.

I was pleased with the download and installation process including the key installation. The Home and Student 2021 Office product is great for me as a casual home user of Excel and Word for holiday label printing. Great product and purchase experience.

I do not usually leave reviews. I will for these folk. I was wary at first and did my research. This company had many excellent reviews and is in the USA with an address in the USA and a phone number that returns to the address area. I then got in contact with them and asked questions. Am I paying for just a license and have to buy the software at an extra cost? All concerns were covered to my satisfaction. I was able to pay with PayPal instead of using my credit card online. Received an email that had the license code and links to download the required software. Download was simple. To my surprise, my purchase was upgraded at no cost due to being out of licenses for the lesser version that I ordered. I'll buy from these folk again as needed.

As I suspected, I should have looked more carefully at who I was buying from. got suspicious when phone was described as optional. but then was blocked from completing purchase unless I entered phone number. Then to actually start install I had to open a 3rd tab and click on another link. I then find out that softwarecity is really an interface platform for another vendor. Softwarecity's real gig is to sell information to social media platforms

The installation was easy. I had a question, when I hit the chat button I got a quick response. The next day I received a follow up email asking how it went. I really appreciate the follow up.

The Office 2024 software was delivered promptly, and installation was a breeze. I had a software question, submitted my question in an email and received an answer immediately from James at Software City.

James was the technician assigned to my case and he has excellent knowledge and stuck with thet problem until it was resolved....he did an excellent job

They remoted into my desktop and resolved the issue I was having within minutes. I was back up and running almost immediately. Thank you — the service was great and absolutely amazing!

Quick and easy process. No fooling around on some cloud site to find a activation key, etc. The price is right as well.
