Customer services have been so helpful and responsive. The delivery courier made an error on the tracking of the order and said it had been delivered. Atelier looked into the issue and clarified that my order was still in transit. My order of sandals have now arrived and they are beautiful to look at and very comfortable to wear. Thank you.

I ordered a hob kettle. The design is unique. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Took longer to deliver than I thought it should, but I didn’t realise it was non UK. But, when my mugs arrived I was very happy with them. Beautiful things.

Was not happy with delivery time, but maybe that is not your fault,item ordered was as described and quality seems decent, never got to ware it though as came too late for my holiday,

Delivery was in good time. The fragile item was well wrapped and exactly as advertised. Was a great present for my wife.

Amazing quality item and the price was really competitive. Delivery was well worth the wait. But within the time frame stated.

Everything was perfect, unfortunately you've used evri as courier. Try not use them for the future. I live on the ground floor but even though parcel was drop near the dumpster. Which is not even my safety spot.

The item took so long to arrive Id forgotten Id ordered it!
The glass mug looks nothing like it did in the picture! On line the flowers on the mug were a vibrant blue! The flowers are actually dried up wishy washy green/blue. In the picture the flowers appear on the glass, they are actually floating between the double glass layer 🤦 and yes! They have all sunk to the bottom.
The mug is horrible and I will not be purchasing from the company again.

The jacket I ordered was too small and SouthernAtelier couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating in sending me the right size without any complaint - excellent customer service

The service was fine. The product was possibly a lesser quality than I had expected however that is always the danger of buying over the internet.

Took 20 days to come after purchase date
Was stuck in transit for a week. Not as long a wait as some customers on here.
Didn’t realise how far it was coming from.
When it came it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be compared to the reference photo online.
Nice customer service staff but I don’t think I’ll be shopping from here again.
