The Space Program Opiniões

I’ve had a great experience with The Space Program. The whole process was really smooth from start to finish. The team are friendly, helpful, and clearly care about providing a top-notch service. The site feels secure and is really easy to access, which made storing my things completely stress-free.

I also appreciated the little extras – from great customer service to clear communication and flexibility when I needed it. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into making storage simple and convenient.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking

Great storage, competitive price
Excellent customer service
Big thank you to Crystal
Would recommend and will definitely use again if storage is needed

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very good rates.

I popped in to the Space Program to see what availability was like for a house move in the next few weeks. Crystal was really friendly, gave me a tour of the facilities and explained the prices clearly and showed me what options were available. I had a slight issue with booking online but Crystal was able to sort it for me the next day. The facilities are very clean and all operated via the noke app. I used the facility for 5 months whilst moving house.

Simple to use and plenty of parking. Recommended.

Of all the Self Storage options available to me in Weston, the Space Programme was the most responsive with great communication. The container unit was a perfect size for our needs and a reasonable price. It was clean and secure. 24/7 access was really useful as was the availability of a van to transport larger items. We used the space to store furniture and other items after we moved home. Our removal firm loved the ease of access for their van too. Would totally recommend and a big thank you to Sarah for her help and communication throughout.

Brilliant service - thanks for making a stressful time less bumpy and smooth running !

Andrea and the girls on the phone were fab-u-lous, kind, caring and stress free - just what I was looking for !

Unbelievably helpful! Made everything so easy. Top customer service. Would 100% use again.

Andre, first class chap and always eager to help, absolute asset. D Hutton

Sarah dealt with us at the Weston-Super-Mare branch she was very helpful friendly and informative. I had never used container storage before. I certainly would recommend The Space Program to everyone.

Incredible customer service. They went above and beyond to help with me everything I needed. Perfect space, clean and good value for money.
Will use The Space Programme for all my storage needs. Highly recommend.

Excellent service thank you so much. Crystal was always very helpful and I would recommend you to anyone needing storage :)

Used them for storage when needed over 4 years now, great bunch of people there, very friendly and always on help if needed.

To ease the struggles of moving house we hired a 50sq ft unit on the first floor at the Tewkesbury site, for three months. To be honest I don't know how we would have done without it. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Crystal, the mission controller at Tewkesbury was amazing and always went out of her way to be friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience so much easier. We will definitely not hesitate to use The Space Program again.

Clean units, easy access, good security.

Helpful friendly staff, with great customer service and excellent communication.

Good size range to suit all needs, from full size external containers to smaller indoor units.

The service from Andre and the team

Very friendly staff , and easy access all the time

Secure easy access 24 hours. Local but cheaper alternatives inconvenient for quick access and travelling costs.

Good clean and dry storage, really accessible. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good facilities. Secure, clean and easily accessible 24/7. Deposit return could have been quicker. They asked three times over four days where the deposit was being returned to and then there was the standard banking transaction time. Other than that, perfect.

Reliable, convenient and fairly priced storage facilities. Immediate access to containers made the moving in and out very easy. The mission controller Dave has been very helpful at every step from the initial contact until the completion of our storage term. Would definitely consider for next time.
