Crystal is amazing and always ready to help with a smile!

I was extremely happy with the service I received. The facility was located within easy reach of our home. From the start Crystal made the process easy, she is helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions and queries. The price was very reasonable and hiring period fitted our needs.
Thanks very much for all the help we received. Will recommend without hesitation.

The team at Weston are so helpful espeially Aide and Sarah

Crystal at the space program is a delight! Very customer focused and we felt very looked after!

Dave provided an excellent and friendly service at Avonmouth. Our small storage container met our needs at a very reasonable price. Access was simple and security was good. I would recommend this facility.

Nice and Easy group to deal with, very helpfull.
For the loading and off loading of the container contents, that is where the bonus is as you stop right in front of your container, no distance to walk or push trolleys , and 24hr access .
CCTV protected.

We have used The Space Program twice now. They are always very helpful, professional, and competitive. I highly recommend them for home storage needs

Great service from a great team. We used The Space Program during our house move as our new house wasn’t quite ready. Our requirements were therefore quite fluid but this was not an issue for the team and our needs were fully met with minimum fuss. Thanks to all the team for a great service at a very competitive price.

Dave the manager was amazing as last time, friendly and knowledgeable an asset to you!

Nothing was to much trouble crystal and the other man I met where very helpful great location easy to access just a excellent company

Bike to Glasto used 2 units at the Avonmouth site. We can't praise the service, site or facilities highly enough. Dave especially was very helpful and accommodating, including when we asked for an additional unit at short notice. There's plenty of vehicle space unlike at other storage places and a clean toilet for customer use. Real care is taken with clients and in keeping the site clean.

Having 24 hour access was great and it was all so secure in there. The staff were very helpful and friendly

Efficient and friendly staff a joy to deal with.

After moving to Tewkesbury and starting refurbishments on our new home, I suddenly found out the house needed a full rewire so I had to make space for them to carry out the work. I had previously spoken with Crystal at the Space Program and she had been friendly, professional and not at all pushy so I gave her another call and she very quickly arranged for me to come and view the different available units. I was able to start the hire from the following day which allowed me to hire a van and move everything into the unit that I needed to. Throughout the period of hire, I had to go in and out of the unit regularly to retrieve items and put others into storage and Crystal was always on hand with a smile and a friendly chat which made the whole experience much more personable and significantly helped to ease the stress of moving.

If I were to hire a storage unit in the future, I would not hesitate to get in touch with Crystal at the Space Program. Very highly recommended, can't fault it.

Fantastic service. Great customer focus and Dave was totally brilliant in all respects. Can’t recommend the Space Programme at Avonmouth highly enough.

Used them for nearly two years now and they bend over backwards to help. Super secure.

We used The Space Program as a business storage solution for around 3-4 years. The team that run the sites are brilliant, they take such pride in the presentation of the units and they provide very high quality customer service. It must be said that Dave (based in Avonmouth) is exceptional and will do everything he can to help in many situations. I would recommend them to anyone looking to use self storage (for business or personal use), I would use again in a heart beat if needed. The site's are secure and it's evident that as a company they take security very seriously.
They are competitive, trustworthy and true to their word. All of which are rare to find in a business these days.

The space program team were extremely helpful, we needed a storage unit really last minute and were able to get the keys to the unit the same day we enquired with them. They were really flexible with the amount of time we needed the unit for and were really helpful throughout! Highly recommend :)
