This is made very cheap. My nephew came to visit, and it was broken in 20 minutes. My son is very upset. So disappointing! I knew the minute it came in the mail it wasn't worth my money. Horrible product.

No bullets with the gun 🤷♀️ it took 4 weeks to arrive and there were no bullets with it. And I bought extra bullets and secure posting! Total spent £30. Can’t even be used. Now in process of getting my money refunded from bank. My son used his birthday money! DONT BUY!

Waiting, Waiting, Waiting still Waiting
I cannot comment on what the guns are like as I am still waiting for them to arrive after nearly a month. These were supposed to be a birthday present for my grandson as he saw them on YouTube. He is very disappointed they didn't arrive in time & at this rate they will be a Christmas present if they show up at all. I have sent 2 emails & all I get is they are in transit. I have ordered things from China before & they have never taken this long.
UPDATE.
After nearly 6 weeks still no sign after a few emails & some of the same cut & paste reply s they finally came back &said there was a problem with the shipment & asked to confirm my address so they could resend them & promised they would arrive within 16 days I told them I wanted a refund as nothing arrived in over a month so how could they make a promise. I got no response about a refund so I logged a complaint with my bank & got a refund right away. My bank said to steer clear of them as they are getting lots of complaints about the company.
Be Warned.
I have contacted you directly. You said you was sending a replacement as there was a problem with the shipment but have heard nothing from you since.

First order arrived fairly quickly but had items missing. No response to emails at all. Second order took longer took longer to arrive but at least it was all there. Overall my son is happy with his purchases as he saved his chore money for them but personally I think they are overpriced.

Never recieved the item I ordered and demanded a refund and was given the run around for 3 months. I finally realized it was hopeless and they made out with my money and I was never getting my son's toy!

A good gun, delivery slow, but did arrive
I had read reviews on here and was wary about whether my son’s Mega Titan Stress Shot would arrive. I live in the UK and delivery was about a month, but it did eventually arrive. My son has not stopped playing with it and is really happy with both the gun and the ammunition. There is a slight squeak on the trigger but he doesn’t really mind. He says it is really fun to play with, so thank you Stress Shot!

They don't get back to you if you ate missing items. My son was so excited to finally receive the reaper stress shot but it was shortlived because there were no bullets. I've emailed them the pics of the box etc that they requested and have heard nothing since. It's been over a month. Very poor customer service. Buyer be ware!

I bought the revolver and it made having pretend gun fights WAYYYYYY more fun because I had the ability to not only have a gun to shoot that makes an interesting sound but also I’ve been looking for a gun that has an ammunition trick built in ( I’m talking about the gun I bought from Walmart that looked way uglier and didn’t shoot any bullets but only the bullet ejections like there shell. ) only problem was it took 2 weeks (14 days) to get to my house

Then emailed the company on the 13/06/24 and was told 6-16 days for delivery
Tracking DID actually work with royal mail although it says they are still waiting for the package to be dispatched to them and more information will be available when scanned at Royal Mail
Was hoping to get this for my son's birthday on the 19/05 but that's definitely not gonna happen
Amazing that there are no poor reviews on the Stress shot website all 5 stars mmmm not to sure who they pay for the reviews

UK customs have recently began restricting parcels more often, which can lead to longer delays, we are sorry that this has happened to you, and once we have further information, we can reship with some extra freebies or refund you as compensation, thanks for letting us know!

Sham company, purchased before Xmas 2023, it is now June 2024, didn't send product, multiple emails back and forth with promises of sending the stress shot and now won't even return our emails. Buyer beware, avoid like the plague!

Hallo daar Jan! Het spijt ons echt van de slechte ervaring met ons. Kunt u uw bestelnummer doorgeven zodat we dit kunnen onderzoeken? De douane voor verzending is onlangs begonnen pakketten vaker te beperken, wat tot langere vertragingen kan leiden. Het spijt ons dat dit u is overkomen, en zodra we meer informatie hebben, kunnen we opnieuw verzenden met wat extra gratis geschenken of u terugbetalen als compensatie, bedankt voor uw toestemming wij weten het!
