Hi there, we are really sorry to hear about this, could we have your order number so we can have a look? It is difficult for us as we use specialist carriers due to the shape of our toys. We will try our best to refund your order however you may have to contact your local post office/ carrier instead, because if it has shown as delivered to the given address, there is little we can do, sorry
ordered, no email or order confirmation
I ordered on March 11, 2024 and no email confirmation was returned with my order number, just a text message saying thanks for the order. I have no order number but have been billed on March 11 for the StressShot. 2 contact form replies were mad e on March 17 and 19th with no reply to date.
Will be a dissapointing birthday if the order does not arrive for my Son.
