On the listing it clearly says and still does say 7-10 working days for delivery.
You are more than welcome to go on the website and check.
As soon as your item was sent out your extra postage fees were sent back to you.

Excellent service when returning a product
Unfortunately the item returned Trakker 2 rod sleeve had no central dividers so no protection for your rods and reels knocking together come on Trakker
The tackle store was excellent dealing with the return promptly emailed me return postage labels and issued a full refund. I’ve no hesitation recommending The Tackle store for there excellent service dealing with this matter
