Worst tracker ever. Will only track it if you’re sitting next to it.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the company’s response.

We purchased a Tile Slim (wallet tracker) at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift, so it was not unboxed or used until December 25. We began using it in January and quickly realized that it never worked at all. The wallet Tile never updated, could not be located, and was essentially unusable from day one.

After attempting to troubleshoot and use the product for several weeks, I contacted customer support on January 30 — roughly 30 days from first use, not purchase. Initially, the company was not willing to offer any resolution at all and repeatedly cited their return window based on the purchase date.

Only after escalating the issue was a warranty replacement offered. However, a replacement of the same product is not a meaningful solution when this appears to be a widely documented, systemic issue. A simple search shows thousands of similar complaints reporting that the wallet Tile does not work.

Despite clearly explaining that the product was defective from first use and that a replacement would not resolve the issue, the company refused to provide a refund.

This was not a late return or buyer’s remorse, it was a defective product paired with an unwillingness to stand behind it. I would strongly caution anyone considering the wallet Tile to read reviews carefully and be aware that if it doesn’t work (which seems common), you may be stuck with it.

Perfect device for finding which jacket pocket you've left your keys in. Just make sure your wearing the jacket, or your tile will be out of range!

Honestly don't even think about buying a Tile, had them for years, latest model hardware fault less than a year after activation. They are hopeless and unhelpful. They don't want to replace, and keep incorrectly stating that it's a 5 year old device and no longer made. This is false, it's still sold on Amazon, the model is a Tile Pro 2022, was it sent via a time machine as the device wasn't out 5 years ago

Horrifically managed company that has taken a great idea and turned it into a nightmare.

While my location is generally accurate The upselling to premium protect is so aggressive that I am so far unable to change the battery in my device. No matter what I do it won't give me an advice option and it won't let me confirm my "regular" Premium subscription through the app either. The only way I can do anything is if I try premium protect for free " " which is a tripling of costs over the current subscription I have.

This is ridiculous. Can someone take this great idea and actually make it work? It is not rocket science.

Neuer Tile funktioniert nicht. Über Chat Funktion keine Hilfe erhalten. Nach langem Chat kam der Vorschlag, ich solle mich an den Händer wenden. Leider ist der Händler Tile direkt gewesen. Versucht, den Kundenservice zu erreichen. Keine Chance. Geld ist weg

lousy customer service bad design can't change battery on some models they call this planned obsolescence will not purchase again!

1 of my tile disappear and he can't see how 3 weeks escalate i offer them to give me new 1 , ignore

My son, who had a tile on him, wandered away from school and I panicked and upgraded to the premium because it wasn't working on the basic account. It didn't work on the premium one either. It wasn't until 10 minutes after I had found him that the app recognized that I had found the tile. I didn't get a notification of renewal or anything. The app destroys the battery life on my Pixel 7 Pro and reduces my battery life from 28 hours to 13.5 hours. Just from running it in the background. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS.

Ich nutze Tile seit ein paar Jahren.
Immer wieder praktisch, um z.B. Schlüssel zu finden, wenn ich sie verlegt habe.
Contra: Die Batterie könnte etwas länger leben.

I ordered one four pack of tile pros.... The total of the order said $110... Few days later I check my account and I get charged for $220..

They ended up sending me two four packs of tile pros ..

So I contact them to send back half the order...

They refuse to refund half the order... They want me to resend it all back so they can refund me so I can place the order again... And risk them overcharging me again

Customer service is useless. I sent a premium account SMS and still they have ignored it. I am so so angry, I needed help and it's either a BOT or send a SMS which isn't answered.

I purchased a Tile for my keys a few years ago and was satisfied, so I decided to buy a card for my daughter to keep in her bag. I paid nearly $60 for it, expecting it to help her locate her belongings. Unfortunately, she either misplaced the card or it was stolen, and when I tried to file a claim, they refused to honor it. To make matters worse, the card doesn’t provide real-time tracking, making it virtually useless. I’m extremely disappointed with this product and the customer service. Save your money!

I bought three units for my keys and one for my wallet. The ones for the keys work fine but the one for the wallet is garbage. Customer service told me that I needed to upgrade for three dollars a month and that would solve the problem. I did and it's still garbage. You people should be ashamed for ripping off your customers.

They are that bad that it should be reported as a scam. Ihave 6 tiles and have used them for 3 years. Stay away from them ! The sound they emit is very weak. Also they lose their connection continually, even in close proximity. It will generally find something if it is within two metres. Sometimes the tile has a new battery and does not find the tracker even when it is within 2 metres. Conclusion: absolute rubbish. Nothing but a scam ...

Total pish. Would of given zero.if I could. Unless your sat on your keys it's about as much use as tits on a goldfish.
I tried to reset my password but they kept sending a link that didn't work. After two days trying I deleted the app and binned the tile.
