Nice strap overall and quality, velcro is slightly too long so sticks out and catches things so don't tend to use, and at £30 that's a shame.

I can't fault the Time Club for their service or prompt follow up action to my previously poor rating of them which was due to circumstances it turned out that were entirely not their fault.
The Royal Mail had delivered my item to the wrong address!
The follow up support was superb and a replacement was sent through within 24hrs. Great team who actually care about their customers! Product is very good too - which helps!

Hi Andrew, We use Royal Mail Tracked and it does say that your parcel was delivered. This includes photography and dates. It is confirmed as being delivered on the 24th of April.
We have sent an email directly to you but could you please respond. This includes the proof of delivery and tracking information. We would love to ensure this is resolved for you.
3/5/25 Update: We have emailed you a few times to resolve this but have heard nothing back. We are happy to help however we do not have a number on file. If you could please contact the customer service team on hello@thetimeclub.co.uk
8/5/25 Update: We have tried to contact via email but to no avail. The photograph on the Royal Mail tracking shows this was delivered. Please get in touch directly should it not and we would be happy to help. If it has been found, it would be greatly appreciated if you could update this review to reflect that.

Comfortable and Aesthetic
Surprising how comfortable, so easy to take on and off. I chose baby pink which I really like as it is a soft colour that goes with a lot of clothing and gym outfits!
