Lovely mattress but wrong item received
Found the ordering of the product good and the quality of what I received was excellent, however I received the incorrect shape (rectangle versus D-shaped). Customer service was great and responsive in providing a timely refund as I was unable to have a replacement in time for my new baby.

Excellent customer service, beyond any expectation!
I’m so so pleased with my baby’s mattress. It was a custom made mattress with odd size. I’ve been contacted a number of times to insure all the details are correct, they kept me informed at every single step, I was also advised which mattress would be best and safest for my child and fit the cot style I have. They really took my child’s safety extremely seriously, which made me feel confident that I made the right choice of ordering from this company! After some back and forth emails about sizing and other details needed, it only took a couple of days for them to make the mattress and send it. It arrived in no time, and not only that, the mattress literally fit like a glove! I was blown away! Not to mention the quality of it!
Amazing! This is where I’m going to order from in the future!
Also, lots of thanks to Jessica who kept in touch at every step and had a lot of patience with me and was so helpful and kind!

Bespoke Moses basket
Fantastic customer service. We have inherited a moses basket from 1944 (very special item, 36 babies in the family have been in this moses basket). It is not standard sizing at all and so we had a bespoke mattress and fitted sheets made by the tiny bed company. They fit perfectly and arrived in good time

Perfect sheets and protector for unusual pram mattress
My pram has an unusual shaped mattress I could not find any appropriate mattress protectors or fitted sheets. I was asked to send in the outline of my mattress on wrapping paper and what they made was the perfect fit. I also thought it was a reasonable price.

Great quality kids mattress in random sizes
Really good quality mattresses for babies / small children. I needed a mattress for
My 4 year old for the IKEA Sniglar junior
bed, which is a non-standard size, so very few places sell mattresses. The customer service team recommend a pocket spring “Tiny Dreamer plus” mattress as being the most substantial option for that bed. It is lovely - not as hard as other baby mattresses can be but with solid support and great quality outer layer.
Also bought a waterproof mattress protector, which is fine. Nothing particularly special but it is infinitely better than the horrible plastic one which IKEA produces and was the only other cover I could find online which fits the mattress.
The company has a fantastic quick and helpful customer service team, but it is a real shame that they only provide support by email or via online chat. I had a lot of questions on which product to buy and it was frustrating / time consuming having a lengthy text conversation while multitasking my children. Not great customer experience, given a lot of their customers must have young children in the background, but their support team were otherwise very helpful and quick and went out of their way to expedite my order.
Will definitely buy from here again!
