I had a travel got with a thin hard mattress and a one year old coming for a visit . I was delighted to find the tiny bed company could make me a bespoke mattress .

We ordered a custom made mattress for our baby's cot. It wasn't a standard size but we now have the perfect mattress to fit! It arrived quickly which was much appreciated.

Sheets arrived prompt and we’re exactly as ordered and are very good quality.

The mattress and sheet were both well made and the cotton used for the sheet is a lovely thick soft quality. There was a delay, for some reason, in the despatch of the mattress but the customer service personnel were responsive and helpful.

Speedy, helpful service. Happy to make a return due to errors in the mattress selection at our end. Would definitely recommend. Great service.

Perfect in every way: I needed a non standard size mattress for a continental cot. I sent a template and some photos. The mattress arrived promptly, well packed. It looks great and of very good quality.

We put our order in last minute but needed it before going away. I contacted customer services and Amy came back to me explaining it would be very tight getting the mattress to us on time. She was great though and marked the order as urgent and had it sent to us on a same day delivery. Purchased a custom made mattress and additional organic fitted sheet for a vintage french bassinet which was proving tricky to buy a premade mattress for. We decided on the organic coconut and wool mattress which we found to be very reasonably priced. After submitting the measurments customer services were in contact to ensure the sizing and were pleasent to deal with. The turn around time was as expected and the overall experience from finding the company to receiving the final product was excellent. Totally reccommend!

Excellent customer service. The mattress we ordered was stolen because Evri left it in plain sight outside our front door, but the response from the Tiny Bed Company was brilliant. They responded quickly to our query and arranged a new mattress to be made and sent out via express delivery. Their communication has been great at every point in the process and we are very happy with the product too.

I ordered a mattress for a Maxi Cosi Alba as the one supplied was paper thin and my baby wouldn’t sleep in it. The team contacted me straight away and even called when I didn’t respond to their email to request a template. A perfectly sized mattress arrived a few days later and it’s made all the difference . I am a soon to be first time mum, I was given my original Moses basket that is an heirloom in my family. It would of course need a new mattress. I couldn’t find one the right size anywhere. I was so pleased when I found this company. To have one custom made at such an affordable price was amazing. Also, the shape of my basket is a little awkward. Amy at the tiny bed company reached out to me and asked for photos and then even a paper cut out. She went above and beyond to insure they got it exactly right. I’m so pleased with it and so excited to see our little one in our treasured family heirloom.

After I placed my order I was contacted just to confirm my request for an unusual shape/size mattress. The communication was helpful and friendly.
