no refund/return for damaged, faulty furnace
We ordered a $1,300+ furnace from this company. Received it on the day promised, Monday the 21st. It stayed boxed until we could get someone to get it installed safely and correctly, which was Sunday, the 28th. Upon unboxing noticed a large dent in one panel and a HUGE buckle which caused severe bowing of the metal. It appeared to have been dropped or banged up so severely the unit does not sit flat, it rocks. The fan of the unit fell out of its metal slide and both metal piece holding it up no longer serve their purpose because it’s so severely dented and bent. Because of the fan falling out of its position dropped on and damaged a coil so now it will most likely leak. Their were even screws missing in numerous places including the very front of the slide where the fan should’ve been screwed up into the unit. Not happy, especially being without a furnace in the start of winter. And seller isn’t making it right and accepting the return because of the time line which has nothing to do with the severity of such a faulty furnace we received. MRO next day refuses return/refund.
