They charged me more for postage for LOOSE TEA than the actual item. They sent to Spain never informed me that I would have to pay additional tax to the Spanish post office before delivery. They will not speak to anyone on their phone and won't answer emails they are probably scammers. If you expect customer service do not use this company. Have sent 6 emails 3 messages on their website and phoned them 8 times. The Spanish post office sent a letter to me saying I had to go online register set up an account pay money dated 1at Feb. Received on 11th Feb had 5 days to do this so lost the parcel. This will be returned to the company so they will have the tea back plus my 50+£ !!!! I am starting a visa dispute. Do not purchase if you expect any help afterwards or if you live outside the UK. We left the eu in 2020 I cannot be the first person outside the UK to purchase. Their staff should have put online that there would be tax to pay and I would not have bought. If they don't know this then they should not be selling outside the UK!!! Terrible company. Beware

Previously, I have ordered Ceylon Orange Pekoe UVA and it was excellent. I ordered in bulk the next time. I received gunpowder tea instead of the Ceylon. Despite sending pictures of the leaf to prove the order was wrong, I have had no reply from the sales department. After sales is poor. I will not order from them again.

Beware! Delicious tea, but this company is a disaster. My order was returned to them by Royal Mail (as sown by the tracking and confirmed by Royal Mail), but TheUKLooseLeafTeaCo never answer their phone or my emails, so I never received the tea and cant even get a refund as the postman marked it as 'delivered'.

I bought a Tea pot from them. The lid is not secure on the top. Within 3 days of using the pot, the glass lid fell off and broke. I returned it Recorded Delivery on 16/03/2024. Not had any comunication or a refund from the company

I am not happy. I ordered loose tea and I haven’t received it cause Royal Mail returned my order. I have been emailing the company but no response and no refund neither 😒

A great selection of herbal teas at reasonable prices. My order arrived early and I was impressed to see that it was packed with great care and respect and NO plastic. The quality of the tea is great and I needed to use less than I did from a previous supplier so this company is who I shall be using from now on. Very happy! Thank you The Loose Leaf Tea Company.

Great service! I ordered some tea then realised I can’t drink it while I’m breast feeding. I emailed in and explained and they changed my order to teas I can drink without any issues.

If you need the naturally caffeine free infusion, then look no further. They even sell the teapots. Lots of flavours to choose from and always delivered promptly.

First time using this business. Very fair prices, swift delivery, excellent careful packaging, beautiful teas. What more could one ask for? This is a fine example of how to run a food and drinks business. Sure, difficulties abound, but have good, motivated staff, choose excellent raw product, input good organisational skills and... care. If you are looking to buy teas online at affordable prices and still at the highest quality then The UK Loose Leaf Tea company rocks. They will deliver teas direct to your doorstep, and with free orders over £35 (At time of writing this review.) They have an excellent range of teas from the usual black teas, green teas, herbal teas to more exotic fruit infusion teas.
Highly recommend for any tea lover.
