Several door and window handles needed to be replaced. Contacted the Window Doctor who arranged to come around on the same day. Cornel was approachable, friendly and went out of his way to make sure all our issues were resolved as well as giving advice on how to care for the windows and doors. The standard of work and service were excellent and would recommend to anyone.

The engineer Cornel carried out an excellent job on my windows and was very informative about the care and everything I needed to know.

10/10, the guy came with his own foot mat and shoes cover as it was raining outside, very nice guy and the job was done quicker than what I thought.

The Window Doctor surveyed my front door, diagnosed the issue and arranged for the door to be repaired. Dave turned up on time today, very professional, did a fantastic job in replacing the hinges and overhauling the door. Left the porch clean.i would definitely recommend this company.

My initial contact was by phone. Very helpful conversation that resulted in an appointment for Jay to come to my property, measure up my requirements and provide a quote. All carried out seamlessly. The quote was acceptable to me, resulting in an order being placed the following morning.

The engineer Cornel was very well turned out and meticulous about using shoe covers inside the house. He identified the problem with a sticking door immediately and resolved the issue. It works better than new!
I have to say also that Cornel was exceptionally polite and respectful and would readily recommend him.

The technician ( Eddie ), arrived on time and explained what needed to be done and gave a quote of the cost. I found this acceptable and the work was carried out professionally. I was very pleased with the work and the service from booking to finishing the job. I would use this company again.

Eddie the engineer arrived to give me a quote to fix a badly aligned door. He inspected the door quoted a price and to my surprise was able to fix the problem on the spot without a second visit. In summary a very pleasant fellow, an efficiently completed job, done in a single visit at a reasonable price. Excellent. What could be better?

From booking the appointment online to coming to quote the job to coming round to complete the job the communication was excellent and Dave who did all the work was very professional and courteous. This is the second time I’ve now used this company and i would definitely recommend them.

Had to call out The Window Doctor due to a handle not working on a pvc window. Booking an appointment that was convenient to me was very easy. Received a reminder the night before, on the morning of the appointment and once they were on the way.

Eddie. a very polite and friendly chap, turned up and quickly identified that we needed a new handle. Having confirmed that I wanted a quote to replace, cost of £36, that I agreed with, he replaced the lock in a few minutes.

Would I use them again? Yes. Do I recommend them? Yes.

This firm has a wealth of experience, evidently. They do not talk down to you. They turned up on time, and the work was carried out in very good time, especially considering the extreme weather. The one note of concern I've got is, they'd said when they came to quote, that they'd fill a gap alongside my upper window - this was not done. I'd also had the impression I could pay in installments but had to pay all at once. That made things a bit more difficult than I would have preferred. None of these things were a big problem, but it'd help if things are as stated or as advertised.
