Dave from The Window Doctor provided an excellent service. He replaced one broken pane of glass and one misted double glazed unit quickly and professionally.
He was polite, friendly and courteous throughout, arrived on time, carried out the work to a very high standard, and left everything clean and tidy when he had finished. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave and The Window Doctor to anyone needing window repairs. A first-class service from start to finish. Thank you!

Very good service - Engineer visited at the allotted time to assess the problem and was very polite and helpful. A second visit was then booked in to complete the repair (as it was necessary to order replacement parts). Again the visit was made at the specified time and the engineers were very knowledgeable and polite.

Had an issue with our patio doors not closing properly. Rang the Window Doctor on Monday and they arranged for an engineer to come out on Weds (2 days later)
Jay arrived and quickly identified the issue and corrected it there & then. Very polite and explained exactly what he did to rectify.

From the outset, I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the Engineers that came to assess the job.
Cornel actually carried out the work on our Doors and Windows, and he was punctual to the time slot given, and very presentable. He couldn’t have been more polite and considerate, and was an absolute delight to have in our home. He worked very hard and we are extremely pleased with the results. We would recommend him and Window Doctor to anyone.

Absolutely appalling service from this company and strongly discourage anyone from using.

They regularly didn’t turn up for appointments and provided very limited communication. They led us along for 9 months where they said they could fix our windows, however the final result was more damage to the windows and frames.

I paid a deposit which they said they would return some of; however this also required chasing and took 3 months to materialise.

James came to visit and investigated an issue with a large sliding patio door. And he provided very good guidance and advice on how to resolve it. Thank you. Will call on them again in the future.

Eddie was exemptary, on time house respectful ( ie covered his own footwear with sleves ) . A professional job carried out , 2 door lock replacement and 1 window repair. Couldn't be more happy with the entire service ,would highly recommend 👌 😀 👍

The booking process was very easy to follow. The engineer, Cornel, arrived on time, was very courteous, and after explaining the problem to me, quickly resolved the problem with my patio doors. I would certainly recommend Cornel and should I ever need further help will ask that Cornel be given the job.

Booking process was easy and straightforward with availabilithe following day.
The technician arrived 10 mins after his warning text, was cheerful and efficient and provided an acceptable quote for the job (replacement window hinges). He was able to supply and fit them straight away and was done in no time.

The invoice came through online at the end of the afternoon and was paid immediately.

BRILLIANT COMPANY ,REPAIRING OUR PATIO DOOR TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE JOB BUT THE FITTERS PERCIEVED AND COMPLETED THE JOB UNTILL EVERY THING WAS FUNCTIONING AS IT SHOULD BE WE ARE EXTREMMLY GRATFULL ,DEFANATLY A FIVE STAR SREVICE.

The contractor arrived on time. He looked at the problem and offered a reasonable quote - I accepted and was delighted to have the work done. I was invited to check the work before signing. The area was left clean with all old parts removed. Easy to book, prompt, and efficient.
