Had an issue with front door not locking. Easily booked a quote appointment online. Jay turned up on Monday, immediately identified the issue, provided a quote. Then we got booked in for the repair the very next day. All very fast and professional.

From the very first contact Window Doctor showed good customer care the assessment of needs was through to the actual completion of work. The engineer Gary was reassuring and discussed the issues he was having with the bifold doors. Right from get go i understood what he was trying to achieve. Gary was factual polite and considerate and worked in an orderly manner Im completely satisfied with the service and would recommend to others

The engineer, Eddie, make short work of my conservatory door problem. He did so in a no nonsense manner and, even tho it was the end of his working day, he did so in a pleasant and professional manner. I would recommend him and his company.
