Excellent service, explained everything and did not mess me around with silly sales talk. Fitter sent text befor arriving, explained what he was doing they replaced 17 stemmed up windows and replaced several hinges. Very clean very tidy very polite. I was surprised at the price. Thanks

One of the hottest days of the year but Carl and David worked liked Trojans and 13 windows replaced by 11.30 am after starting at 8.10 am. The finish is superb and I cannot fault Window Doctor or the two technicians. Certainly recommend this firm, the second time I used them. Thank you for an excellent job.

Firstly sorted out a broken conservatory window, that was damaged due to thunderstorms, the engineer got on doing the job and made an excellent job of it, considering how hot it was yesterday, so well done for completion of the window replacement in the conservatory.

Brilliant communication from getting the quote, to carrying out the work. Always kept us informed with emails and text messages. Smartly dressed staff who were very friendly and well mannered. Worked efficiently and were careful not to damage anything whilst doing so. They even hoovered up after, but there was hardly any mess !
The work involved was fitting new hinges on a door that has never closed properly since we moved in 4 years ago. The door now closes with ease. Excellent job. The engineers were Carl and Cornell.

Booking an appointment with an engineer was straightforward and convenient. I must admit that I was initially a little sceptical, despite the excellent reviews on Trustpilot, as we weren't completely sure whether to go ahead. However, taking the chance turned out to be a great decision.

An engineer first visited to assess the issue and provided a clear, detailed quote. We then arranged a suitable date for the work, and two members of the team arrived as scheduled and repaired our main door exactly as we wanted.

What impressed me most was the transparency—there were no unexpected costs, and the final price matched the original quote exactly.

I needed a repair to a window which had broken quickly due to circumstances. Diana went above and beyond to fit me in and get the repair completed. Jay came and sorted the problem. He was very polite and personable and the quality of work was excellent. The price for the repair was also very competitive. I would definitely recommend this company. They will also work out of the area. 100% will use them again. I used the Hinckley branch who were great.

Both he and his assistant were extremely helpful and knew exactly what rhey were doing.

Pleasure to deal with this company for my replacement glazing unit, turned up on time, diagnosed the issue straight away, quote sent promptly, and work carried out efficiently, care was taken by operative, respectful of property, all rubbish tidied up and removed, wouldn’t hesitate to use again, great job!!

We booked to have two glazed sealed units replaced. From the first enquiry to the actual day of the work everything was organised efficiently and quickly. Christian and Kieron turned up to do the work. They were very respectful of my property and completed the work in a friendly and professional manner.
