Arrived at specified time and took precautions using floor coverings so as not to cause any damage to newly completed wooden floor.

We contacted Window Doctor for a quote for replacement windows at the front of our house. The whole process was seamless! James quoted and sent them in an email the same day! The quote was very reasonable and as soon as we accepted it an invoice came. The deposit payment process was easy, they promised to have them ready in 2 weeks and we arranged a fitting date within 3 weeks. We were reminded the day before of their pending visit, and was messaged when the engineer was on his way. Jay, the engineer turned up on time. Jay was a very nice gentleman, he was efficient, he cleaned up as he went along and he told us everything we needed to know. We were please with every aspect of the process and the finished product was just what we were looking for.

I was visited today by Eddie, a very friendly and helpful gentleman, nothing was too much trouble for him, I also had extra windows repaired and a new door barrel and he gave me the extra cost within minutes.
The extra 5 window and door barrel were not on the original quote but he was very happy to do the extra work.

He was informative, very careful around my home and tidied up any mess.

After booking an appointment for a quote, which was very easy. The engineer came gave us a quote for some remedial works to windows and our front door. We accepted the quote and an appointment was made for the following week. The engineer arrived today. He was professional, friendly and polite. He explained what he had done; how to open the windows with the new hinges and how we could help maintain them in the future. We are extremely pleased with the work carried out and would definitely use this company again should the need arise.

This company came to my house they talked very good game on how they were there. The best in the business. We have one window that they are supposed to be getting a screen for because they forgot to order it. They were supposed to come back to my house and put in trim around the windows. This has been over a month ago now and no response from the company they just keep giving us a runaround telling us that they should be there the following Monday or the following Friday and they never show up and they never call us back. I will never in my life refer this company to anybody that I know. I will tell them to run for the hills if they think that this company is a good idea for their windows.

Easy booking online for consultation where I could pick an appointment day within a week. Engineer Eddie came out and was texted time to arrive within the four hour slot and did thorough inspection. Very polite friendly and informative. A quote was prepared when he was finishing off via email and the same experience to accept the quote and wait for the glass to be prepared where I was phoned and asked to book a convenient time for installation. Had same engineer and all was good. Very pleased with this professional company.

From start to finish we found the experience very professional, helpful, and friendly. From the time of booking the appointment, communications were very good. Arrived on time for quote and when doing the job. We went into the office to confirm the frosted glass, and the office team were very helpful and tried to go above and beyond to get us the frosted glass that we had installed already which had been discontinued weeks earlier. When Carl did the quote and install he was very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable of the products available. Overall very happy with the service provided and would thoroughly recommend.
