Very helpful experience
I needed information regarding required documentation and I spoke to Tabeen .
Although I was at work, she was extremely patient and allowed me time to find somewhere quiet to talk.
Tabeen is extremely knowledgeable and talked me through what I needed to do.
Very helpful, a great asset.

Found the app easy to navigate and use
Found the app easy to navigate and use, that's if I have completed the tasks right for my Solicitor.
I'm not very savvy with tech so we will see how it goes.

The hugely helpful Emmanuel
I have telephoned 3times in past few days with combined waiting time of around 60 minutes!
I have now been rescued by one of your operators , Emmanuel, who has been fantastic

Straightforward and stress-free process
I liked the speed of the process and straightforward sign posting. One can navigate the whole process easily in a few minutes.
I only had one hitch when the iPhone took a couple of attempts to recognise the chip on my passport.

So complicatef that I couldn't use it!
I found the app difficult to use. I'm good with computers but I have trouble reading the text on my phone. I had to get my solicitor to complete the ID check. Who has hard copies of household bills now, as everything is done online? I couldn't download and print anything as my printer isn"t working. This app might be good for youngsters, but it isn't kind to elderly people.

I would prefer not to load personal ID…
I would prefer not to load personal ID to an app. Very conscious about security and overreach of platforms. Also unhappy about being asked to provide financial information in relation to a sale! Fortunately I have a sensible Agent.

We should NOT be forced to do this on line having already shown our id etc directly to the people who required it ! Nothings secure and more and more people like these imbeciles hold data they have no right to !! This is utter BS and as we all know Digital ID through the back door !

Quite easy to use once I got started. No particular issues except in exiting after having completed. It would have been good to have some sort of ‘close’ tab to click on rather than a be left dangling a bit! Anyway, no problems.
