I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY CLAIMED THAT MY PURCHASE WAS FRAUDULENT BASED ON THE FACT THAT SHOPIFY.COM FLAGGED MY PURCHASE WAS FRAUDULENT AND THAT MY POSTAL ADDRESS WAS AN ADDRESS THAT RESHIPPED MY PACKAGE TO OTHER ADDRESS! I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING AT THIS BUSINESS TO ANYBODY!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
HERE IS WHAT THE RETAILER THOMAS ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTORS WROTE ME:
Good morning,
This was cancelled due to two reasons, the first reason being that the delivery address was a re-shipper and we do not ship to re-shippers, secondly this was flagged by Shopify as likely a fraudulent transaction.
With both of these in mind the only course of action was to cancel and refund the order.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.
