The Aylsham store showed how customer service is done best.
The Aylsham store made the purchase of our new fridge freezer and dishwasher an example of how customer service should be done from informed and unbiased choice advice, sales service, price, smooth and prompt delivery. Installation was also great with both items in use immediately after delivery and installation. All in all it was service that felt deserved a personal thank you at the store in Aylsham and this review.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service, reasonable washing machine price and delivery. Old machine taken away too. Was charged for installation without consulting me first but that's a minor quibble.

Disappointing service.
J.B. Postle states on its web page “ a non stop service from the minute of the initial enquiry right through the whole life time of the appliance”. On our original receipt we ensured that “ Your sales person ( Ben) registers your 5year guarantee via Euronics and Samsung”. We know the TV was registered.
Our Samsung TV has now had a second major break-down in 4 years. I phoned Postle ( Aylsham) for advice and assistance. I was promised a call back which never materialised. When I called again a senior executive told me the comment on the invoice was “generic” !! I was left to persue assistance with the repairs on my own. So much for the “ non stop service”
Very, very disappointed.

As discussed on the phone yesterday, we are 100% always here for you for the lifetime of your product and there was clearly a misunderstanding regarding the situation with your faulty TV and the procedure for repair.
Some manufacturers insist on the customer ringing in to them to log a fault whilst other manufacturers welcome us to do this for our customers.
Either way, we would always prefer for you to contact us first so that we can log the issue on our system and if you experience any issues when speaking to the manufacturer we are here to advise and assist and if necessary to escalate the issue.
Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused to you and please do feel you can ring in for our assistance at any point whether that be pre-sales, in guarantee or out of guarantee.

Excellent all round service
I needed a new replacement dishwasher for my holiday let urgently. Postles arranged for speedy delivery and installation of a new dishwasher ,they took care of everything .Their service was professional and polite, friendly and extremely reliable.
This kind of service is difficult to find and especially knowing any queries were answered person to person on the telephone, without any tedious press this or that recordings and getting nowhere.
I will most definitely be turning to them again in the future. Thank you.

Bought Samsung Frame Pro 65 inch tv…
Bought Samsung Frame Pro 65 inch tv from Postle's Aylsham and used their installation service.
Their pricing was in line with all the major retailers and service together with expert on going advice proved to be exceptionally good.
I have no hesitation in recommending Postle's to all potential buyers of domestic electrical appliances.

Purchase of microwave
It was good that my microwave was delivered and that my old broken one was taken away.
It was unfortunate that when I in initially bought it online, it said that it was available on 23rd whereas it wasn't ordered until 21st and finally was delivered on 27th. I had no phone call/email to tell me when it was coming. Fortunately I had decorators in who told me that it had arrived and was taken away again until my return later that day.
