I have nothing bad to say about this team they are very helpful and quick to reply and help if you need it. I just don’t believe perfect exists there is always something to improve hence 4 stars highest mark I can give. Keep up the great work

Excellent service from The Vapour Room.
The cost was reasonable and the delivery was excellent.
I can't comment on the item as it was bought as a present,I know the recipient was very pleased with it.
So all in all everyone was happy, and we will continue to buy vape juice from this company.

Really upset owners advice took the…
Really upset owners advice took the vape back to the shop because it wasn't working after not even two wks use. Bought a USB cable for it 6.00.Would only give money back for vape wouldn't give money back for cable and plug said cable came with box it certainly didn't was separate from the box. I was fuming when I left their that experience was more stressful than actually giving up smoking. Won't be recommending to friends or family and actually spent a lot more on giving up this month than actually smoking. That assistant conned me even though I told her I don't have much money and giving up smoking due to poor health
