Three littlecubs are just amazing

All of thr products supplied in the kits is of the highest standard. The communication from Fiona at three littlecubs is e collect. She goes above and beyond with after care and support. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else if I wanted a crochet kit. For baskets and baby stuff like moses baskets and changing mats etc

Crochet Moses basket kit

I bought the Moses basket crochet kit and was so impressed with the communication, customer service , advice and help from this small independent business.
The quality of the yarn and accessories were all excellent and I am really delighted with the finished product which has been much admired.

Never received what I paid for !

Paid for hooded Moses basket pattern and tutorial ….. never recieved it , reached out on social media , three little cubs got back to me promptly and sorted everything out

Your digital pattern should have been sent in your order confirmation email direct from the website once you purchased it and is available there for download. If you can’t find it (please also check your spam/junk folder), feel free to email me directly at support@threelittlecubs.co.uk and I’ll make sure it is resent.

Apologies as well for missing your message on social media, sometimes messages end up in request folders which I dont get notifications for.

Easy pattern to work up.

I love your pattern. Easy to understand and the video tutorials are very helpful. Thank you for helping me make an heirloom piece to pass on amongst my grandchildren.
I had to source my products from the US and the company recommended for the wood base was awesome to work with. Thank you for the recommendations and guidance.

Hi Judy,

Your order on 8th March was for a digital pattern, which is delivered by email rather than by post. The download link was included in your order confirmation email, which you replied to asking where your order was. I emailed you back with a screenshot and explanation on how to download your pattern.

I did not hear back from you after sending this email, other than this 1-star review being left, so I assumed you were still unable to download your pattern. I then emailed you a screen recording showing step-by-step how to access the download.

Our system now shows that the pattern has since been downloaded multiple times, which indicates the digital pattern has been successfully accessed.

Can't wait to get started on my pattern but the level of detail e.g. You tube videos etc, procurement of other items is first class

I have paid for a pattern to make the…

I have paid for a pattern to make the Moses basket for my great grand baby girl. I bought it several weeks ago, but was under so much stress that I was unable to start it. I found your tutorial and have reached row twelve and anxious to complete the basket now . Please where can it be found. Yours Margaret Walters ( in Australia).
