I didn’t receive my email it wasn’t coming through due to my email account was full . It took me ages to delete them all and I won’t do that again . But Fiona was amazing and sent it too me another way . Such a lovely lady. Just need the yarn to come now so I can get it started.

I ordered my moses basket, changing station and nappy caddy set with only a few weeks left for my babies due date. It arrived in perfect time after asking Fiona if I could get it a little earlier than planned. It's absolutely stunning and just perfect for my little girl. 🥰. There was a slight issue with the one side of the rocking stand but this was rectified promptly after speaking to Fiona who sent out a replacement part within days.👍

Easy to follow pattern, with videos, instant download

The ordering process was straight forward and although I had been told it could be 3 weeks before I received my kit I was able to give instructions for delivery. When my order was ready to be shipped Fiona e-mailed to let me know and confirmed the instructions for delivery. I received the parcel as promised but also a few days earlier than I had expected. I was more than happy with the quality of the materials in the kit. After watching the instructive videos I have now started to construct my Moses basket and all seems to be going well so far. I would recommend this family business for service and for the quality of the goods I have received.

After having a Moses basket on order from May with another company, and being let down, I placed an order with Three Little Cubs in the middle of August with an advised delivery time of 6-8 weeks from order. I received my Moses Basket this week and I am absolutely in love with it. It came well protected in the packaging. I have no complaints about the customer service from this Company and will 100% recommend to all family and friends.

Bassinet arrived very well packaged and is absolutely stunning, exactly as pictured on the website and so well made. Before delivery I had to get in touch with the seller due to an error on my part and I can't fault the customer service - prompt professional responses and very accommodating. Would 100% recommend.
