TT is very user-friendly and innovative. It has a wonderful solution for every situation I need. The support is fast, efficient, and very courteous. I am completely satisfied.

With Thrive support I love a couple of things: 1) They try to always get you the same supporter, which is amazing. 2) The people working there are absolute experts and helping every time. The only times where they could not help me was when the problems came from another software inside of wordpress and not from hive products but 3) They sometimes even help when the issue is not Thrive related. 4) As a business owner my most valuable asset is time and they help you 2-3 times the same day. Their speed is quite amazing. 5) And lastly you always tell (or sometime even show you with a screen capture) how they came to their solution so you can do it yourself the next time. Absolutely the best support I know!

Owning, a software company isn't easy. Many people have troubleshooting issues. This could obviously lead to burnout. As you know, customer service makes or breaks success. They responded in a very timely fashion and did not waste my time with silly canned responses. That is exactly what anyone would expect from a genuine software company who truly cares about their clients. They also have amazing website software. If you are not using it , you are doing it wrong.

A company that really cares about their clients.

I have been using the TT suite for seven years, even before it became a “suite” as it is today.
I have had very few problems—whether with installation, which is very simple, or with use, which is intuitive but also clearly explained. But when problems did arise, I always received impeccable service from the support team. They never held it against me when I was sometimes the cause of the problem I was consulting them about!
My most recent exchanges with support were following one of my mistakes. Everything was quickly resolved thanks to the guidance of support (Alyssa, specifically).
I can only congratulate them and recommend the TT suite!
