I’ve been using Thrive Themes for years now and I’m super happy with it. The page builder is great and the customer support is top-notch, always helpful and fast.

I received fantastic customer service and immediate attention to a highly concerning problem. The team were keen to deal with the situation as soon as it was presented to them and allay any fears I had. It is so refreshing to have an empathetic and understanding human intervention in this type of situation, instead of dealing with bots who do nothing but exacerbate the problem. Congratulations on keeping it real and professional. If I require this type of business service in the future I would not go anywhere else. This would always be my first and last choice.

Started with these guys in 2014. Many things have changed since that time, but this remains the best website development suite for WordPress ever.

The team at Thrive Themes went to the furthest reaches of customer support I've ever experienced in helping me address an issue that was actually all my fault! They showed a level of human care and empathy in an online world so full of big companies forgetting the sacred link with the most important people in the room: their customers. I continue to whole-heartedly recommend this brand to all new online entrepreneurs I meet. It's clear the company culture is one of support and human-centred service at it's core.

I bought 2019 the Thrive Architect Plugin with a onetime payment and was very happy with it. Beginnning of 2026 the Plugin blocked all my pages which i created with this plugin. They force customers now to buy a yearly plan for 99 $, despite that i use it just sometimes and i dont need new features. Conclusion: They just search a way to press the money out of people.

I've been a Thrive Themes user since its inception and today's support experience has reaffirmed why I'm still with them. The support team go above and beyond and Belen did exactly that today. Without the help and support I wouldn't be able to meet a client deadline on a difficult site. Thank you so much.

The issues I raise are always technical so as an engineer, I appreciate their competence.

I've been using Thrive Architect and occasionally Thrive Theme Builder since 2017.

I have a lifetime Thrive Architect licence, and it's definitely my go-to page builder.

Each time I had an issue or needed assistance, Thrive Themes' support was quick to respond and resolved the problems in 100% of cases.

I strongly recommend Thrive Themes not just because of their excellent products but also because of the unmatched customer support performance.

I've submitted a support ticket request LATE Sunday night12-28-2025around 21:00 edt and they responded shortly thereafter to my surprise.

About an hour later my problem was resolved.

Also, I have also been a subscriber since 2017 and going strong!!!!! 💪

Everything about using Thrive Themes has been excellent for me and my web site. The post editor is AMAZINGLY EASY to use, and they always provide amazing fast service - THANKS!

Great responsive and effective tech support / customer service

I do not know what I would do without Thrive themes. Creating a wordpress website or page can be a great challenge. The themes that come with wordpress are great, but sometimes they just do not get the job done. Thrive takes care of all of this.
My business also built on collecting leads, Thrive Leads makes this easy. This is everything a webmaster or entrepreneur needs all in one place. Highly recommended experience!
