I booked through Ticati for the first time and was very unsure whether the booking had actually gone through to the hotel. The price seemed almost too good — nearly half as cheap as other providers. I also couldn’t really tell from my online research how reliable Ticati is, and the reviews I found were all quite old. That’s why I’m writing this review. Everything worked perfectly for me. The hotel had my booking on file, and I got the room at the exact price I had booked it for through Ticati. And the 4-star hotel is just as good as advertised. I will book through Ticati again.

I have been looking to book the Westin in Costa Rica for part of our family holiday and my 50th birthday celebrations. When I saw Ticati advertising a price which I thought was reasonable value for my I booked the 4 nights through them for 2 adults and 1 child, Al Inclusive.I received a confirmation email confirming the booking along with the price that I had agreed on their website.
A few days later I wanted to check the booking had been added onto the hotels booking system, I logged onto the Westin, put in my details and confirmation number, to my delight my booking was on their system for exactly what I had booked, 2 adults & 1 child. However I scrolled down the page to see the costings for my stay only to see that the hotel was going to charge me £600 more than what I had agreed with Ticati. I contacted Ticati with my concerns only to have a email back saying ‘ we are sorry we are going to have to cancel your booking due to this being a Adults only resort and the hotel not accepting children’. This is a complete lye, the hotel is a family resort with a full Childs area including a pool and play area. I sent a return email to them explaining this and to suggest to them the only reason they are cancelling the booking is that the price they HAD agreed to and I had confirmation of was incorrect and false. To which I had a confirmation email saying they had cancelled my booking!!, and saying I can rebook the same room at the same price with the hotel on their own website!!, this is untrue the price has now increased by £1000, and if we can book the hotel now why did Ticati say that this was a adults only hotel? They only said this was so they had a reasonable explanation to cancel my booking.
Basically I would be very wary of booking through this site, I had a full confirmation of my booking, including the price, however if I did not log onto the Westins website I would have arrived at the hotel only to find that would be trying to charge me a much larger amount than I had budgeted for.
This company is not a company that I would ever suggest booking through.
Thanks Ticati you have now ruined my 50th birthday due to me now not being able to book the hotel I wanted.!!!
UPDATE, ALL INFORMATION AND EMAILS FROM TICATI REGARDING MY BOOKING HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AND REVIEWED BY TRUST PILOT TO AUTHENTICATE MY CLAIMS THAT TICATI CANNOT BE TRUSTED

Excellent experience from the booking to the departure!

booked a hotel through this company with an agreed price only to find when arriving at the hotel the room does not exist there for we had to pay double for 2 smaller rooms and have my family split up on holiday
in fairness to ticati they did contact the hotel on my behalf and get me a full refund in the end.

So far, I have booked 6 times through Ticati for New York, Miami beach and Los Angeles and have received good value for what I paid each time. I have also had several interactions with ticati.com customer service, which were smooth and friendly, so I have no complaints.

Due to the ongoing turmoil in Paris, our travel was unexpectedly disrupted. However the hotel we had booked proved to be excellent, as they graciously accommodated us three days ahead of schedule. Their hospitality was truly remarkable, and they allowed us to check-in the morning, despite our original plan to only store our luggage until official check-in time. Thanks to ticait.com for coordinating with the hotel and making it happen.

Found the best rate on a luxury hotel in NYC I had been looking at for about 1 week on ticati.com. We wanted a special room for our anniversary and they followed up quickly to let me know they could secure this room for me. We got a complimentary breakfast, late check-out and upgrade. I am so happy I found this new resource for booking future trips! I will absolutely use them again.

This summer, we booked The Langham, Fifth Avenue on ticati. The entire booking process was smooth and convenient. The service team was very caring, and the speed of replying was instant. We were very satisfied with the experience, so we booked our trip to the Sheraton Full Moon Resort in Maldives early next year through them as soon as we came back from our vacation. We look forward to our next vacation. A tip to share: We accumulate membership points from both ticati website and from Marriott/Langham at the same time. Quite worth it.

Nous utilisons ce site régulièrement lorsque nous séjournons au Ritz London. Nous avons également séjourné 2 semaines à l'hôtel Barrière Majestic à Cannes cet été - un hôtel écologique également. Les équipes de TiCATi et de l'hôtel ont été particulièrement attentionnées pour nous offrir un séjour inoubliable et magnifique. La réservation est rapide et les descriptions écologiques claires. Used the website to book a room at Trecarn for one night. Quote for the room £49. Selected book, entered my details. I was advised I would pay £0 now and when I was ready to enter my bank details the real price is £444. Outrageous and misleading.
I have a screenshot with the final price and it is very clear the final price was GBP444 for one room 2 adults. I can share the screenshot if necessary
