Today I’ve had another amazing experience with customer service, dealt with my query so speedily, can’t praise them enough, not every organisation is so efficient.

I enquired about Manchester Comic-con tickets, they got back to me within a few minutes with a clear answer.

I had purchased 2 tickets for Celebrating Celine Dion, and i had to book an extra one later on when a family member decided she wanted to come, but they had none available for were we seated. I spoke to a really nice man called Danny who was brilliant he relocated my seats and i was able to purchase the extra ticket so me and my family we all sitting together. Excellent service by Danny really helpful and kind.

From original event enquiry over a year ago, too obtaining an access card, and today helping with my
e-ticket glitch, ticketquater's Customer Service is outstanding. I cannot thank them enough.

Ticketquarter was so easy to use, when I ordered my tickets I accidentally typed my email wrong, so I emailed them and they got back to me with new tickets straight away, can’t thank them enough.

The people who emailed me were so helpful and sorted my problem out .

The gentleman I spoke to, super helpful and couldn't ask for anything better! Got me sorted out right there and then, wish other firms/companies etc were as efficient as he was👍
