My first gig as organiser. Setting up the account was easy - just follow the prompts. Everything worked as expected, and funds were paid back to me 4 days after the gig. Excellent way to run an event. And the one time I had to contact Ticketsource for help, I received the response (on Whatsapp) within 10 minutes! Brilliant. Thoroughly recommend this to anyone who needs to sell tickets for an event.

We have been using this platform for bookings for our weekly Lego Club sessions. We have been learning the system as we go along and tweaking the booking process as we discover any extra info we need for each event. The questions that you can ask are great but there is a flaw in their system. When parents book as the "booker" they later provide their child's name in the attendee details but when you use "event" feature in the app to check the attendee's in and out, it actually lists the booker's name and not the attendee's name. Despite raising this on several occasions, the company have not been forthcoming with correcting this so we will have to unfortunately stop using it as we need the "attendees" name when checking the children in and out of the Club.

Excellent communication and speedy resolution to an event cancellation issue

I had to cancel 3 tickets for Wiyaala in Lewes because a friend is very ill. I contacted TicketSource and they were extremely helpful and understanding. Despite the fact that the Concert was in 4 day's time they immediately agreed a refund.
