Ticket refunds
I had small problem with tickets cancelled for a play I had booked, the venue advised thar that refunds had been issued, I had not received my refund, I emailed TicketSource yesterday morning and all was resolved by mid afternoon. The service could not be better, the member of staff I dealt with was very helpful and friendly

I have experienced that this is a company that I can rely on for prompt and careful service.
I ordered tickets for an event and received a refund that I was not expecting for postage that I had inadvertently paid for twice online.
I would have been unaware if TicketSource had not quickly bought it to my attention. I'm very grateful.

TicketSource - easy to use and fantastic customer service
I have used TicketSource for some years. A simple to use system with fair transparent pricing.
Customer service is amazing. Any queries we have had over the years have been responded to very very promptly and the customer services are incredibly helpful and very polite.

Wrong email address
I mistakenly included an incorrect email address so contacted Ticket Source by email who responded within 5 minutes and resent the tickets to my correct email. Brilliant efficient & prompt service. Many thanks !
