Well… what can we say!? We are delighted with our garden room. 😁 Matt, Paul, Dan, Liam and Jack have done an amazing job and worked so hard in all weathers. ☀️⛈️ Matt has done an excellent job in creating a media wall in the garden room for us too, we love it. 📺
A shout to Gary and Craig for the excellent electrical work too. Craig worked 12hrs yesterday and so far has done a brilliant job. He’s back to finish off on Wednesday.
Thank you to all of you here on our WhatsApp group - Louise, Stuart and Tim from designing our dream garden room with storage and canopy to answering all our questions and queries….we had a fair few didn’t we! 😉
Once we have the garden room painted and furnished out we will take photos and send them onto you.
Thank you once again and best wishes.

I contacted Tiger Modular as they built a garden room for a friend of mine a few years earlier and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

They started the build on the Tuesday and building was completed by Friday lunch with just second fix electricals left to take place the following week. The build team were amazing as were the electricians and the plasterer (we had a couple of decorators quote and both spoke highly of the finish job on the skimmed walls).

The sales and back office team of Tim, Stuart and Louise were also great and ensured that I was always aware of what was happening in advance and were always prompt to answer any questions I had.

If you are contemplating getting a garden room built I'd highly recommend you consider the team at Tiger.

We love our new Maxi Garden studio. Tiger Modular were brilliant from Tim visiting to discuss the build and the communication from Louise to the team on the build. Thanks so much, we will be recommending you to our friends and colleagues:)

Excellent experience throughout. The team kept in constant contact with us via WhatsApp. The build was efficient with all team being courteous and considerate throughout. Couple of minor niggles were rectified immediately.

Would highly recommend

Fantastic from start to finish.
Top class workmanship, quality products installed and perfect communication.
We would definitely recommend 100%
Thankyou so much to the my modular team, we couldn’t be more pleased.

Awesome company… great support before, during and after build. I had a gym building created and it’s amazing.

From start to finish of the build of our Modular the whole team have been absolutely great. Quick responses to all questions and a seamless process throughout the design and build. We are thrilled with the overall look and we can’t wait to start using it as our home office now once decorated. Everyone that has visited the house since the build has been amazed with how it looks and how quickly the build took. We couldn’t recommend anymore so thank you!

Wish we could rate My Modular more than 5 star, they have been amazing. From start to finish the whole project was perfect from the designing and ideas process, to the images and visuals to the build itself everything was beyond professional and thorough. We couldn’t be happier with our leisure suite, all the guys that helped make this for us were brilliant, they were friendly, respectful and just great to have around. I would recommend My Modular to anyone and we can’t wait for our next project with them 😃

The team at MyModular did an outstanding job on our garden office. The entrie process, from end-to-end, was brilliant, with A-star customer service. From the initial site visit with Tim through to the brilliant trades team, we had a great experience.
We found the whole team to be knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible.
A stress-free experience, which was a breath of fresh air when it comes to building suppliers.
The level of professionalism from the on-site build and electrical team was excellent.
We can't thank Stuart, Louise, and Tim enough. We highly recommend using MyModular.

We have just had our 7m x 4m garden room with side storage installed by My Modular and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished result. The whole process from initial enquiry to final stage was so easy and stress free.

We knew what we wanted and shared our vision with the team, who were able to meet expectations and fulfil all requirements, sharing some very helpful advice along the way. The team were professional, friendly and respectful of our property at all times and they went above and beyond to get the job done and ensure that we were totally satisfied.

It took little over a week from start to finish and the quality of workmanship is faultless. We haven’t had reason to use the aftercare service at this stage but I genuinely feel confident that they will rectify any issues should they arise in the future.

If you’re thinking of hiring My Modular for your next project, go ahead and you will not be disappointed!

Thanks to Stuart and the team for a really positive and quality experience and for a brilliant new space in a tricky location. Nothing was too much trouble and I found the price reflected the quality of the end product but really competitive with other similar companies. Their communication was fantastic and everyone was really professional.

I am so happy with my cabin beyond belief! From start to finish it’s been a lovely smooth very organised experience! The after care has been amazing too! Definitely recommend these guys if you want a stress free experience. Also Gary my Modular’s electrician is the best!

An amazing team of professional builders completed my garden office from start to finish in 1 week. With ground-screw foundations, spiced oak composite cladding, bi-fold doors, all electrics and full wrap around decking, it looks so good. Thanks to everyone at My Modular.

My Modular were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, reliable, friendly, tidy, would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding.
We run a very busy cafe bistro and needed more space. So we had My Modular out to build a cold prep room. Tim came out straight away and the project began. The project team were excellent from start to finish. The whole project was faultless the time frame was set and it flowed perfectly. I would recommend My Modular without hesitation 5star company, 5star quality and 5star service.

THE BEST BUILDING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I have to say this has been the best building experience we have ever had. From the initial consultation, site visit from Tim, the continuous communication with the project team, Louise and Stuart and the building and electrical teams, Paul, Liam, Matt, Gary, Ben and Brad. The professionalism, the standard of workmanship and the speed of build for our Garden Room has been top notch - we could not of wished for anything better.

The after care has been great too. So we couldn’t do anything but give the whole experience 5 stars.

If you are after a garden room, office, gym, chill out space that fits in with your budget please don’t hesitate to use Smart (My) Modular. We highly recommend this fantastic company.

From start to finish the Smart Modular team have been exceptional. Their staff both onsite and at the head office have been always contactable and the work has been completed efficiently and with skill.

In the Summer of 2022. We decided to have a Garden Room/ Gym built. The Plan was for me to start PT sessions as I teach part time. After consulting a handful of so called “Garden Room” companies imagine our disappointment when they said they couldn’t do all the work… We would have to lay the foundations or get the Electrics carried out. Also with no access to our garden via a garden ( it’s through our utility room) they said it would be impossible to have the work done!
We decided to have another look around…

Step forward MyModular!!! My god what a breath of fresh air!! A company who can carry out the whole job, with Tradesmen who aren’t work shy and know exactly what they’re doing!!
So during November 2022 Tim the head of business development came to assess the the job. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble. We could have all the work done from start to finish and the access to our garden wasn’t a problem either. Phew!!
After deciding to go ahead, Tim advised when the work would start. A WhatsApp group was set up for us to keep us up to date. Louise the Operation Coordinator let us know everything!
On the 17th January 2023 work started.
These Tradesmen don’t hang about. They never stopped from first thing in the morning until they finished late afternoon. Their work was impeccable. Clean, tidy, polite. The guys were fantastic, everyone of them!!
A week later our Garden Room was built.
Absolutely amazing!! All the Electrics, Lighting, WI-FI, Heating, Flooring the lot!! My wife and I are so happy with it. It’s the best thing we’ve done. I can finally start my PT sessions.

MyModular are THE BEST
Great product, Great work ethic and nothing is a problem, just a solution. Brilliant!
Thanks again to everyone involved
