Tiger set a high standard right from the word Go and the organisation from Louise was exceptional. Then we move onto the build process and the builders were polite and respectful whilst completing the build to a high standard. Finally The electricians went the extra mile hiding cables and finishing the room they even resolved an issue with an outside light I had. I've been in the build for 2 weeks now and I'm highly impressed with the finish and it's capability to hold heat. It's often warmer than the house, thank you so much for giving us that extra space that looks amazing.

What could be a stressful purchase/decision was made so easy, transparent and professional. Tim visited us in London to quote the job, we received a proposal customised to our needs and budget (unlike other providers who tend to have standard sized kits). Leading up to the installation and throughout, communication and responsiveness could not have been better. All the installers were polite and courteous. Would recommend!

In short, I cant recommend this company enough.

From initial conversations with the sales team, through planning and construction, to after sales service, everything has been fantastic.

All members of the team made themselves readily available to me via a group whattsapp specific to my job, with all contacts available and willing to respond to any query I had throughout the process. All queries and requests were responded to very efficiently.

Installers were kind and courteous, nothing was a problem.

The garden room has been up for 3 months now and is performing beautifully.

From start to finish the team have been exceptional. We have received excellent customer service. They were very prompt with coming quotes, organising site visits especially around our busy schedule.
The team were able to solve problems and come up with solutions to meet our build ambitions even after initial planning was rejected to still meet building standards.
The quality of the work is outstanding! The workmen were all very respectful and ensured they tidied after the job. The external companies Tiger Modular use were also very professional.
Overall a very pleasant experience with a professional company and I highly recommend this company for your garden builds.

From start to finish the build was smooth and reliable. The product is perfect and the team is on hand the whole time to see it through to the end. No delays, no issues really pleased with the price and the outcome.

From start to finish we received an excellent service from Tiger Modular. We were kept constantly updated by the office via WhatsApp, the on-site team were punctual, efficient and very good at what they do, the equipment was delivered to site in a timely manner and our garden office/gym was completed in just five days. The end result is superb quality and built to our exacting specifications.
We had looked at other companies but found Tiger Modular to be great value for money without compromising on quality; from the stunning cedar cladding, anthracite grey aluminium doors and windows with built in blinds, choice of flooring options, composite decking, heating and lighting and I mustn’t forget to mention the superb job the plasterer did - we couldn’t be happier with our stunning garden office.

Well… what can we say!? We are delighted with our garden room. 😁 Matt, Paul, Dan, Liam and Jack have done an amazing job and worked so hard in all weathers. ☀️⛈️ Matt has done an excellent job in creating a media wall in the garden room for us too, we love it. 📺
A shout to Gary and Craig for the excellent electrical work too. Craig worked 12hrs yesterday and so far has done a brilliant job. He’s back to finish off on Wednesday.

I contacted Tiger Modular as they built a garden room for a friend of mine a few years earlier and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

They started the build on the Tuesday and building was completed by Friday lunch with just second fix electricals left to take place the following week. The build team were amazing as were the electricians and the plasterer (we had a couple of decorators quote and both spoke highly of the finish job on the skimmed walls).

The sales and back office team of Tim, Stuart and Louise were also great and ensured that I was always aware of what was happening in advance and were always prompt to answer any questions I had.

If you are contemplating getting a garden room built I'd highly recommend you consider the team at Tiger.

Excellent experience throughout. The team kept in constant contact with us via WhatsApp. The build was efficient with all team being courteous and considerate throughout. Couple of minor niggles were rectified immediately.

From start to finish of the build of our Modular the whole team have been absolutely great. Quick responses to all questions and a seamless process throughout the design and build. We are thrilled with the overall look and we can’t wait to start using it as our home office now once decorated. I am over the moon with my garden building - it is exactly what we wanted.

The company have been incredible to deal with - if everyone operated like them i like life would be more stress free,

They have been so professional from the inital quote stage - keep you so informed so from quote stage we have know what is going to be done and when, what needs paying and when etc and the whole project was delivered as promised.
They add you to a whats app group so you can ask any questions and so they can keep you up to date.

Its been an absolute pleasure dealing with them - thank you so much for our amazing building. Cant wait for it to be kitted out inside and painted so i can get using it :-)

We have just had our 7m x 4m garden room with side storage installed by My Modular and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished result. The whole process from initial enquiry to final stage was so easy and stress free.

We knew what we wanted and shared our vision with the team, who were able to meet expectations and fulfil all requirements, sharing some very helpful advice along the way. The team were professional, friendly and respectful of our property at all times and they went above and beyond to get the job done and ensure that we were totally satisfied.

It took little over a week from start to finish and the quality of workmanship is faultless. We haven’t had reason to use the aftercare service at this stage but I genuinely feel confident that they will rectify any issues should they arise in the future.
