The TiGr is a BRILLIANT bit of kit! Prompt dispatch and delivery and just as lightweight and tough as described. The actual lock is smooth and easy to operate even one handed and it slips easily into my bag without making me feel like I’m carrying a brick! So far my bike hasn’t been pinched with it… early days though! It’s become the only lock I use for its weight and convenience. Highly recommended!

The lock itself is the best designed lock I've used. On top of that, their customer service when it came to getting extra keys was 10/10. I made a mistake with my code and the key arrived and didn't work.

I messaged them, quick reply - not a problem. And they're sending me out a new set of the correct keys for no extra charge. Thanks Guys!

So far this lock has been amazing! I love the attachment to the bottle cage area. I haven’t had any issues with the lock not being big enough to fit around any poles, though I did buy the bigger size, so I can’t speak for the smaller version. I carried a u-lock around for years and it was a pain in the butt, just so big and bulky and heavy. This is definitely my new favorite lock. I’ve thankfully haven’t had to test it against any theft, but I’m confident that it will hold up!

Great lock, super lightweight! Keeps my bike safe from opportunist thieves.

Incredible to Work With!

Jim and the the team at TiGr have been absolutely awesome to work with. I used the bike locks to lock up the front doors at my business and, when the key "went missing," the TiGr team quickly and easily got me replacements. The personal communication was greatly appreciated and the entire experience was top notch. Not only that, but the product has lasted FOREVER and we've never once has an issue with it. I’ve used the Tigr lock Blue mini for the last 2 years. It has never failed to protect my bike and it weight next to nothing (I even take on my bike packing trips because it is light enough not to matter).

I live in New York City and never worry about the safety of my bike. Not 3 nights ago, a would-be thief took an angle grinder to the shackle of my lock and was foiled. The Blue mini saved my bike. And I’ve continued to use it, damaged though it is, without an ounce of worry.

As a testament to the companies values, when I emailed them photos of my damaged lock to say thank you for saving my bike, they offered to send me a replacement shackle free of charge.

Tigr locks are the best on the market. Hands down.

This is an amazing lock. It is the first lock I don't feel silly carrying about because it is light, but yet it is shaped so that a bolt-cutter could not get at it. It looks and feels awesome. Shipping was fuss-free. There's even a nice little sticker enclosed.

I lost my last key and ordered a new lock unit to get two new keys. It works great!

The locks are great. Customer service used to be better, when they had a phone number and answered it. Now you can expect to spend 30+ minutes navigating website interfaces if you want to do anything other than click and purchase.

I experienced a problem so I wrote an email through the contact support system. I received a very helpful reply in a timely manner and the conversation continued through a couple more exchanges. It was great customer service…the kind that seems more rare these days.

Super responsive customer service. There was a bit of a mix up in my initial order but they were super helpful and supportive.

It is light, but the lock of the padlock does not age well.
I progressively became more and more difficult to open it, before eventually I could not open it anymore at all and had to cut it open, in public...

Truly a great lock. Lightweight. Keeps thieves busy. Easy to use.

My son is now on his bike (and loving it). We often ride around our inner city neighbourhood so I was looking for a lightweight and strong lock for his bike. I use TiGr for my own bike, so it made sense to get a similar lock for my bike and I use the same key. It makes perfect sense and I'm very happy with the product.

I love Tigr locks! They are light, indestructible and versatile enough to work with almost any lock up. I have used them successfully in New York City for many years.
