Tiles & Stone Direct Opiniões

Fantastic Customer Service
Would highly recommend & loads to choose from.

Me and my partner decided to use Tile & Stone to help plan our downstairs bathroom refurb following recommendation from our parents. Freya was incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to put our vision to life. We will definitely be using their services again in the future for other bathrooms in our house. Thanks again!

Great price, easy to deal with. Tiles delivered in 3 days excellent

Excellent Showroom, and Jack the manager was most helpful.

Absolutely great to deal with

Tiles and Stone Direct is far more than your average tiling store — the personal service is outstanding. The team really listens, offers thoughtful advice, and always does it with a smile. Manager Freya White is a true expert in all things tiling and bathrooms — what she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, and even the delivery comes with a smile. I’d absolutely recommend this store.

The sales assistant (Luke) was very helpful in assisting me select the right tile product.

The team were very helpful and knowledgeable. The tiles arrived on the agreed date and I was informed straight away.

Very helpful and informative and so patient, nothing was too much trouble.

All the staff were very polite patient and helpful

Not yet received the items or have been given a delivery date. Also in the store nothing has a price on and when you ask the shop assistant don't know either, which they said will let me know, still after a week still can't tell me the price!!!

Very helpful staff. Great product, good price

Great product good price

We used the design service which Freya provided for us. She was excellent. She gave us numerous clear ideas (we had been struggling!). She was extremely patient with us and there was no pressure at all. Highly recommend Freya’s design service.
