Great dresses. I am living mynsummer dress and (nearly) looking forward to cooler days so I can wear my other dress.

Ordered a red Lysander dress according to the size guide a few months ago. Too short from shoulder to bust and informed company at the time. They did reply but didn’t give any info about return or exchange. Contacted them agin on Instagram and was told problem due to warehouse move & someone would email me. No-one did, messaged again and still nothing. Now stuck with a £100 dress that doesn’t fit. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again.

Want to give zero stars as from three items order was delivered only one and two missing items not delivered and not refunded. Contacting the seller doesnt lead me anywhere. Scam

I'm a very enthusiastic supporter of cotton clothing and love broderie anglaise, so was delighted to find your beautiful red dress which accommodates my G cup boobs yet flatters my hourglass waist. The length is more cocktail on me than midi so perfect for a family party come September.

The quality of the clothing is commendable. However, there is significant room for improvement in the service. My dresses were supposed to be dispatched from their European warehouse, but they arrived from the English one. Consequently, I incurred import fees, which their website explicitly stated they would cover, a commitment that was not fulfilled. Furthermore, while they consistently respond on Instagram, my emails have gone unanswered. The sole reason I would consider purchasing again is the high quality of their garments, not the service. I would advise buying this brand through a reputable seller rather than directly from their website.

The dress is beautiful and very well made. Worth every penny. Great sales experience too.

Prachtig kleedje van goede kwaliteit. Wel wat lang op moeten wachten aangezien dit naar de EU moest komen maar verder geen correct!

The dress I ordered was not good at all. It was supposed to be a size XL but the top half was absolutely not that size. The top of the dress cut my bust in half! I am also a bit miffed that you pay for delivery and also returns.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a dress that fell apart. After asking for weeks they finally sent another that did the same. They immediately promised a refund but never sent this and ignored all my further messages. I get the impression the people running the business don’t know what they’re doing or are stalling refunds to wear the customers out.

Beautiful fabric, lovely shape and fabulous customer service

It was a beautiful top, with gorgeous fabric. I am keeping it, but the sleeves are a little too long and puffed at the shoulders for me personally.

Bought the beautiful balia dresses both the green and the red , and malika blouse and I’m so impressed with the quality . The weight and cut and quality of these items are of dresses way above this price mark , they hang beautifully and very flattering and comfortable.
Customer service was quick and efficient when I needed and resolved quickly .
