Another fantastic experience with Timothy Roe Fine Jewellery regarding my ring sizing.

The whole team were incredibly helpful, professional and genuinely caring throughout the process. After being without my ring for three weeks — through no fault of theirs — it was understandably frustrating having to wait, but a special shout-out to Dan, who really went above and beyond.

Dan pushed the follow-up through incredibly quickly and kept things moving, making sure I didn’t have to wait any longer than necessary to get my ring back. His communication and willingness to help made such a difference and was genuinely appreciated.

This isn’t the first time we’ve used Timothy Roe, and it certainly won’t be the last. The level of personal service, attention to detail and care they provide is exactly why we’ll continue to use them in the future.

I have used Timothy Roe for many years and had jewellery designed and made for me. I was given a ring and I went in to the shop and asked a young girl who worked there if they could size a ring for me. She quoted me £200 and it would take 2 weeks to re size Absolutely ridiculous price after having 2 quotes offering me half this quote and would take 2 days.
I felt judged by this young lady who served me as if I wasn’t good enough to be in there and the quote was to put me off. It’s a shame Tim wasn’t around maybe her opinion would have been different. Needless to say I went elsewhere where.
I provided an email address for contact my ring is 18carat gold go from size M- to P but I wouldn’t worry as I have had it increased else where at the price of £75 It took 2 days even in the Christmas period. Being a loyal customer for many years I was a little dis - heartened with the service. Thank you for replying.

We’ve been to Timothy Roe twice now, for a bespoke engagement ring and also our bespoke wedding rings. Tim and Dan are both very knowledgable and were great to work with, their work and customer service is exceptional and we would highly recommend.
