Just beautiful jewelry and fantastic service
Have done a lot of different shopping at Ti Sento. Everything has arrived nicely wrapped.
Unfortunately, a bracelet was destroyed, but that was not a problem.
Due to the long warranty and good customer service, they replaced it with a new bracelet. Even paid return postage!
They respond quickly to inquiries and the jewelery is just absolutely beautiful!
Highly recommended!

Top service zelfs na garantieperiode
Ruim 2 jaar geleden een prachtig collier met bijbehorende armband gekregen en door omstandigheden deze niet gedragen.Na ruim 2 jaar deze luxe set gepakt en helaas was er iets mis mee.Garantie verlopen maar zonder problemen is de set retour genomen, gerepareerd en heb zelfs nog een mooi cadeautje en een cadeaubon gekregen.Top service !

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. I ordered 2 rings, with both, their stones fell out after only couple months wearing them.
The worst is first they try to fix it, send it back, but it breaks again after few weeks. Then - they don't give you money back, they will send you voucher. Then you order something, and it will break again. And this is the circle.
Don't waste your money on Tisento

First of all, we would like to offer our sincere apologies for your dissatisfaction with the quality of the TI SENTO jewellery. This is obviously not our intention and not what we stand for as TI SENTO. You have a 2 year warranty on TI SENTO jewellery from the day of purchase. A warranty period of 6 months applies to damage and/or defects that are the result of normal wear and tear. Within the warranty, a piece of jewellery will be exchanged for new, provided the piece of jewellery is in stock.
We are sorry to read that you have posted a review while we were still in the process of solving this problem to your satisfaction. You have received a mail from us with a new proposal which we trust will be to your satisfaction.

Service na verkoop
Allereerst dikke proficiat met de prachtige collectie. Daar ik echter een klein probleempje had met mijn juweel, wil ik jullie hier nog eens extra bedanken voor jullie uitstekende service na verkoop.
Mijn juweel werd na enkele maanden vervangen door een nieuw stuk. De hele procedure verliep heel vlot, en ik werd stap voor stap op de hoogte gehouden.

Fantastische service
Ik ben een Ti Sento fan sinds het ontstaan van het merk in 2003. Over de jaren heen heb ik verschillende leuke juwelen verzameld. Toen ik onlangs een paar oorbellen had die verkleurd waren werd ik vriendelijk geholpen via het contactcenter. Ik stuurde de oorbellen terug en intussen is een nieuw paar onderweg.
Garantie is hier garantie. Geen excuses om me af te wimpelen. Dat vind ik fantastische service en apprecieer ik enorm.

Slechte service
Mooie ring gekocht op de sample sale in Amsterdam maar binnen 2 dagen lag er een steentje uit. Ik heb geprobeerd de ring te ruilen voor een nieuwe (dezelfde ring) maar hier willen ze niet aan mee werken. Ze bieden een tegoedbon van een paar tientjes. Ik heb dus nu een kapotte ring en ik ben voor niets helemaal naar Amsterdam gereden.

Wanneer je een klant bent uit België en je wilt iets retourneren kost je dat 11 euro.
Vrij duur, wanneer je een artikel terug moet zenden dat amper 100 kost.

Wij vinden het vervelend om te lezen dat u niet tevreden bent over de informatie rondom onze retourprocedure. Onze excuses hiervoor. Wij hebben zo duidelijk geprobeerd te vermelden op de webshop en de meegeleverde retour bon bij uw bestelling, dat bestellingen alleen vanuit Nederland kosteloos geretourneerd kunnen worden.

Ik had een armband gekocht en na een jaar ging de sluiting kapot. Ik kreeg het hele bedrag retour om een ander mooie armband te kopen. Dat vind ik goede service. Mijn complimenten.

2 verschillende kleuren …
Ik had 2 verschillende kleuren oorbellen mee gekregen bij de Bijenkorf. Thuis pas ontdekt en de klantenservice benaderd. De oorbellen konden gratis teruggestuurd worden en ik ontving keurig een nieuwe set in de juiste kleuren.
Echt heel vriendelijk en snel opgelost door de klantenservice!

Vriendelijke service
Mijn ring was aan het vervagen. Voor een klein bedrag werd het opgestuurd naar de juwelier. Dit duurt wel even, ik moest er 12 weken op wachten.
Toen ik hem terug had viel er na een paar weken ineens het diamantje eruit. Ik heb weer contact opgenomen en kreeg toen een hele nieuwe ring in een mooie geschenkendoosje opgestuurd.
Het mail contact is altijd snel en vriendelijk. Zeer tevreden en weer super blij met mijn ring

Zending nooit ontvangen. Trage respons customer service. Onzinnige berichten. Recaptcha irritant met fietsen, zebrapaden, brommers, brandpalen en dan maar blijven zeggen dat het niet klopt. Jammer want mooie produkten.

None existent customer service
None existent customer service. I returned 2 rings on 13th July it has passed through customs and has been delivered to their nominated collection point pending collection on the 25th July. I have sent several emails asking for a refund and replies advise my return has not been received despite providing the tracking number from my proof of postage. Still no refund.

Het gouden randje wat bij mijn zilveren ring om de steen heen zat was naar mijn mening aan het vervangen.
Er werd mij gevraagd de ring op te sturen en ik kreeg zonder enkele problemen een nieuwe ring opgestuurd. Ik was zelfs niet meer in het bezit van de bon maar ze konden op mijn adres gegevens de bestelling achterhalen.
Zulke goeie service maak je nog maar weinig mee.

Customer Services or lack of
Where do I begin? I bought a bracelet on 19/7/22, unfortunately a stone fell out of the clasp, this bracelet had been rarely worn, I contacted them and they agreed to repair it free of charge as it was under a year old this was on 22/5/23 and reimburse my postage £11.25, which they didn’t. It somehow took over a month to arrive, once received they kindly replaced it, however I have now received a letter from Parcel Force in the UK to say I have to pay £146.18 Customs and Import Tax to get my bracelet back? Which is totally unacceptable as this was a faulty product which was replaced, so in essence I am expected to pay £157.43 (postage and customs) due to having received a product which the jeweller hadn’t set the stone in properly. To clarify I’m expected to pay this money so that I can get my bracelet back, as a customer I should not have to be out of pocket due to this issue.
In the letter it states if payment is not received the item will be returned to sender, which I am quite prepared to do, as of this moment I have paid for a bracelet which I no longer have.
I have tried to contact customer services 3 times directly and twice on their website with no response to this issue, in summary I have always loved this brand which is quite expensive, but the after service is appalling and I will no longer buy any of their products. I advised them that if they did not respond to me within 30 minutes of my last email I would be placing this review on Trustpilot, obviously they don’t care about their reputation!

All our jewellery is guaranteed for 2 years and we have therefore exchanged the broken jewellery for a new one so that you can enjoy your TI SENTO bracelet again. We are sorry that you had to pay the import fee, because the shipment was sent outside the EU and our atelier is located in the EU, additional customs fees may have to be paid. But we fully agree with you that you should not have to bear these costs considering it is a repair. We have therefore refunded the full amount to you. So that you can enjoy your bracelet again as soon as possible.
We are sorry to read that you have always loved our brand but have lost confidence because of this. We have therefore sent you a digital gift card/discount code, should you ever visit the webshop again in the future you can use it. There is no expiry date associated with the digital gift card/discount code.
