Decent unit but turns off and on on its own
The unit is nice and helpful for sore feet. However, it shuts itself off mid cycle and if turned off and plugged in, turns itself on intermittently. I wrote to them immediately and sent iPhone videos but they said they couldn’t view the videos and stopped writing back.

Fabulous product. Husband & I are on our feet a lot and it’s a tremendous treat to use it at the end of our days! Our daughter purchased one after using ours the week we received ours.
