Excellent customer service and product
Excellent customer service. Phoned prior to ordering and got answers to all my questions. Really pleased to get a lithium battery for my motorhome without having to upgrade all my charging equipment as it can be left on AGM settings. Battery arrived the next day and I was able to fit it myself. This is a real drop in replacement for my old AGM under seat battery in my Adria motorhome. Thank you!

The best I've seen, by a mile!
Very quick delivery and a top quality premium battery. Not the cheapest out there, but British made and you get what you pay for. I can definitely tell where the money went on this unit, it's excellent!

Titan service just brilliant
Brilliant service I have two batteries tried and tested over several months in conditions one extreme to another .
The Arctic for 4 weeks and Sicily for 4 weeks .
Conditions well below zero to over 40 degrees . The batteries performed perfectly.
Further to this I wanted more tecnical information on improving the yield from my array of solar panels and Victron charger . Chris in customer services gave me heaps of his time and advice in helping me achieve the best settings .

Exactly what I’d hoped for
I had a few questions about lithium batteries that were answered in a prompt and friendly way. Ordered the battery and it arrived next day. Fitted and it works with no problem, I’ve left it a few weeks before reviewing and I am very happy with the battery. Would certainly recommend Titan.
Finally I noticed that the price reduced just after I purchased and I mentioned that and was immediately refunded the difference.

230ah titan lithium
Although the Titan website is very comprehensive, well written and clear I had a couple of queries before making my purchase. Chris answered these promptly which helped me conclude I was making the right decision.
The battery was well packaged and delivered exactly to schedule.
I’ve since had chance to put the battery into service and it’s been a revelation, in a good way of course. The app works perfectly too.
I thoroughly recommend Titan.

My battery had discharged
My battery had discharged. Spoke with Chris he advised had to return the battery. He arranged the courier fixed it with 48 hours.

The 24 volt 230ah Battery
The battery arrived quickly , well packaged , good clear instruction manual inside box. Been running a 3000watt inverter off it for just 4 days, seems fine. Hopefully review in a years time
