Having started to go ‘off grid’ camping I needed to find a better source of power to replace the LA leisure battery and solar panel the van came with. Lithium was obviously the best way to go, but what a minefield once I started to research this field. Prices varied enormously as did, I suspect, quality.
Eventually I stumbled upon Titan Lithium website and reading through a very informative page I started to feel more comfortable about making a purchase, however, I still had questions and contacted Titan via their contact us page. Chris responded very quickly answering some questions but also asking for more info from me so he could answer the remaining points. All this was handled extremely efficiently by Chris and his responses satisfied me that the company and batteries were the right place to go. I needed a low profile battery to fit my carrier and this company has exactly what was needed in a variety of power levels.
Order placed with next day delivery, annoyingly the carrier ‘lost’ it for a day but it arrived the following day still in perfect condition. No fault of Titan.
After over a week of ownership I asked another question re the performance of the battery of which Chris responded immediately and put my mind at rest.
Great company, great product. I highly recommend.

This from someone that has never felt the need or found the time to write a review, the customer service provider by Chris is second to none and should be put up there as the gold standard for any online company or any business for that matter he is knowledgeable about his product and the different installations and was able to guide my through what I required and more importantly didn’t require, had the time and patience to answer all my questions and nothing was to much bother or trouble. My 120 Ah Lithium battery arrived promptly and well packaged and has transformed how I use my motor home.

Not only is the product great quality, works well (as you'd expect) and delivered quickly, the customer service is beyond amazing. Super fast replies to support requests with helpful advice. Couldn't think of anything to improve, would recommend 100%.

Exceptional. I had a few questions so rang up and spoke with Chris, who was brilliant and nothing was too much.
I ordered my 180ah battery at about 12:30 on the Thursday afternoon and it was with me on Friday morning.
It connected to the Titan App straight away and it was incredibly simple and easy to understand.
All in all fantastic from start to finish and the battery is awsome.

Having searched high and low for the right size and capacity batteries for our boat in Greece, I settled on Titan. The presales help was outstanding with Chris willing and able to promptly answer all my questions with clarity and patience. He then organised shipping our new batteries to Greece from UK and helped clarify the necessary paperwork. Subsequently, Chris has answered all my questions about configuring the battery charger, alternator, etc., again with prompt, clear answers. I’m delighted with our batteries and cannot fault the customer service and value for money. 10/10 on all counts!

Haven't yet installed the batteries so can't really comment on the performance, but I have bench tested them and everything looks perfect. Before purchase I had a couple of technical questions, these were answered promptly and appropriately. Delivery was arranged for the day I wanted and all dealings with the company were 1st class.

The battery has plenty of power, But the battery could be made better. For the cost there's no bsm, it could use a volt meter installed. A way to stop overcharging. Like a cutoff switch. This battery cost over 600 bucks. I wouldn't recommend this bat until those simple things are met. PERIOD

I've thought about getting a lithium battery for our caravan for a couple of years but never felt sure I'd found the right one. Recently I came across the Titan brand owned by Groves Batteries. I emailed the company and Chris replied quickly not only answering all my questions but giving additional valuable information. After a few more email exchanges, the quality of which impressed me, I arranged to call at their premises and purchase the 180Ah battery which comes in a standard low profile case and therefore will fit in our standard size caravan battery locker. Chris was a real gentleman, offering advice and answering my questions. I was still there some ten to fifteen minutes after their closing time but Chris never made me feel he wanted to get home. This is the most professional battery company I have ever dealt with in fifty four years of motoring and I feel confident that I have bought the right product for our caravan. Thank you Chris.

When I first across titanlithium I was a little unsure due tonthe lack of feed back/ reviews online.
I went and did my homework on the company and was very happy with my finding.
Chris is very easy to deal with and a true professional.
I have started fitting titanlithium 12-8v-460ah-battery for my clients.
In short it's the best battery I have ever dealt with.
I have found every claim that the Web site makes to be true so far.
The battery delivery amazing performance (actually over the advanced 460hr in reality I am 500hr+)
Adding in the heating mats and Bluetooth just push this battery into a league above anything else on the market.
A company I could not recommend enough.
