Very impressed with the quality and performance of my battery.

I phoned Titan before finally placing my order, just to clarify that my camping car would accept lithium batteries without having to do any upgrades. I had a useful chat and some reassuring advice. My order arrived within two days as promised and was extremely well packaged.
I bought 2 x 120ah batteries to replace 2 x 114ah lead acid batteries, they were exactly the same size and format so the swap over was very simple. As stated on the website the Ah was greater than actually specified so now I have 279Ah total. Because they are lithium batteries that means that capacity will nearly all be available for use as opposed to about 50% of the capacity of the lead acids.
The Bluetooth connection to each battery allows you to see precisely what's going on. They are not the cheapest batteries nor the most expensive but are a superb quality, high spec item, and are actually repairable should the need ever arise. Having customer service with someone who actually knows what they are talking about is a refreshing bonus.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Titan and I am thrilled with my purchase.

Pre-sale questions quickly answered by email, then battery arrived next day after ordering it. All installed and working. Can't wait to try it for real.

Yes it's expensive compared to others, but...
The premium materials, the feature packed battery management system and safety features, including Bluetooth, make it a worry free investment for my motorhome.
However the number one standout advantage over others is that you can phone up and speak directly to one of the small team, who will readily guide you, advise you and in fact find out for you if they aren't sure (all of which happened to me when trying to ascertain whether the b2b charger I had was suitable)
This sort of personal service is rare these days and worth its weight in gold!!

I’ve been looking for a lithium replacement for our camper leisure battery for some time, but couldn’t find one to fit under the driver’s seat. I found Titan, who make the only battery on the market that fits. I’m so glad they do, as their batteries are so much better than others in terms of features. Their customer support over the phone and via email was excellent. In the end, I spontaneously went to their shop on the day, rather than ordering online. Chris fitted it expertly, checked our system, set up the Victron and Titan settings and explained all the features. I tested the battery on a sub zero night, running my fridge, diesel heater, electric blanket, lights, charging gadgets etc and am amazed to see it still has 90% charge. For such a small 105ah battery, I wasn’t expecting that. The app gives so much information, it’s perfect. I wish I’d have found Titan sooner as this will make my camping experience so much easier. Thank you Titan for such a brilliant battery and customer service.

I received very helpful and prompt replies to my queries before purchase.
The battery arrived next day after placing order.
I can’t say too much about the long term performance of the battery as I’ve only just installed it but it charged up to 100% and all looks good so far.

Having started to go ‘off grid’ camping I needed to find a better source of power to replace the LA leisure battery and solar panel the van came with. Lithium was obviously the best way to go, but what a minefield once I started to research this field. Prices varied enormously as did, I suspect, quality.
Eventually I stumbled upon Titan Lithium website and reading through a very informative page I started to feel more comfortable about making a purchase, however, I still had questions and contacted Titan via their contact us page. Chris responded very quickly answering some questions but also asking for more info from me so he could answer the remaining points. All this was handled extremely efficiently by Chris and his responses satisfied me that the company and batteries were the right place to go. I needed a low profile battery to fit my carrier and this company has exactly what was needed in a variety of power levels.
Order placed with next day delivery, annoyingly the carrier ‘lost’ it for a day but it arrived the following day still in perfect condition. No fault of Titan.
After over a week of ownership I asked another question re the performance of the battery of which Chris responded immediately and put my mind at rest.
Great company, great product. I highly recommend.
