Great Communication

Our company has been using Anytime as our virtual mailbox for about 5 years now. The system is very nice as you're able to see scans of any mail that comes through, you can request additional page scans, and can recycle anything you don't need. Depending on who the mail clerk is, uploads and requests are done timely. The shipment of your requested mail packages can also be timely, depending on who is working on it. We've had clerks in the past who have very much delayed our mail processing and others who have been very timely. As a remote company, we need a timely mail processing center and do recommend Anytime.

Staff person namely Judy of TKO Lincolnshire office in Illinois is very bossy and makes her own rules. Everyone is very frustrated with her lack of attentiveness and blames everyone for her actions and/or lack of actions. She dislikes to talk to or respond to any questions of the tenants and guests with that said then she shouldn't be at the front desk answering to anyone. We all have lots of problems with her attitude. It appears that she has a great amount of mental health issues and need to be addressed ASAP. If you like to save your image and reputation as TKO suites then please get rid of her before she does more damages to the visitors and images. Judy is very unprofessional, sitting around doing nothing and always argues and complains about everyone including management and her co worker Madeline. Madeline is the awesome person and a very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Please get rid of Judy ASAP before more damage happens to TKO suites. Please have a Madeline as a full-time employee and/or find someone like Madeline who can work there.
Again get rid of Judy who is collecting pay checks and does not do anything but destroying everything including your image as TKO suites.

TKO suites have good clean spaces, but the customer service is old-fashioned and at times very not accommodating. I’m glad to leave them.

I generally had a positive experience using this office space until it came time to move out and receive the security deposit.
My business partner and I vacated our office at the end of our lease term in February 2026. Before moving out, we communicated with management regarding the lease end date and were informed that we could leave when the lease expired. We also completed the repairs requested by management, including patching and repainting the office at our own expense to restore the space.
We were told that the security deposit would be returned within approximately 45–60 days. It is now June 2026, and we have not received any portion of our $3,000 deposit.
After the move-out had already been completed and the lease termination had been confirmed, we were informed that $1,000 would allegedly be withheld for March rent. Regardless of that dispute, no explanation has been provided for why the remaining $2,000 has not been returned.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. Multiple emails and follow-up requests regarding the status of the deposit have gone unanswered or received delayed responses that did not address our questions.
I hope management resolves this issue promptly, but based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to keep detailed records of all communications, move-out discussions, and security deposit arrangements.

Awesome company. I love TKO Suites

I was at an appt. at Oasis suite and there was a tenant who was extremely LOUD and derogatory. I believe it was A13 and I should not be able to hear your whole conversation through the wall. I found this very unprofessional and made me look down on the building.

Excellent customer service provided by Kwamina! She promptly responds to concerns and issues and always resolves them in a professional and amicable manner.

I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone with TKO is easy to deal with.

Charity in Knoxville is the only reason TKO Suites gets a 1. Charity works really hard to support the tenants. But you can only do so much when Debbie at corprate keeps getting in her way. You will fight the fight of a lifetime to get some of your deposit back. They invent reasons to hold funds back. We had to get our attorney involved to get a partial deposit back MONTHS after we moved out. They will nickel and dime you for everything. As long as Charity is there, she will support you as much as she can. Debbie, well, tenant beware. You've been warned.
