Super satisfying
TKO Suites Have been very accommodating and easy to work with,I defenely recommend it if you are looking for privacy in your office. And easy access to midtown manhattan as you have all the transportation services a block away.
They also have a limousine company at one of their location MystarlimoNYC.
Great location and I recommend it to anyone looking a midtown manhattan location.

offices to rent from a great company
I am a licensee-tenant in TKO’s New York City 42 Broadway 12th Floor office.
The doorman building is well kept, ideally located in New York’s Financial district. The 12th floor offices are operated and professionally managed by TKO Suites, they have helpful receptionists, a meeting room and a reliable mail service.
As a long term, satisfied tenant, I give a five star review to TKO Suites.

I've been here for over 6 months now and it's been great. Clean, well-maintained space with friendly staff. The 24/7 access is super convenient, and the internet and amenities are solid. Happy with my choice - would definitely recommend.

300 Delaware Avenue manager Angee
The 300 Delaware Avenue space is just beautiful. Super spacious and always tidy and organized. Really where they lucked up is with the office manager Angee. She is so attentive, friendly and really cute too.

I love my TKO Properties office
I love my TKO Properties office. The finance manager, Debbie Dowdy and the office manager Angiee Stone are just wonderful and they have made this process as easy and comfortable as possible. If you’re looking for an office in shared space, TKO Properties is definitely the way to go.

Great Virtual Office
We have been with TKO since mid 2022. Angee took over our account this July and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Has made all the changes to our account we required, and has been very consistent ever since. Highly recommend.

ANGEE IS ON TOP OF HER GAME! I was very surprised to see all the refreshments ready and waiting with a fully stocked kitchen! It’s super cozy in here and I totally feel like I’m professionally glamping. She also has a great blend of professional and festive, with a smidge of personality; this makes the whole atmosphere warm and welcoming! Angee is also VERY easy to talk to and has this ability to make you feel settled in right away. She helped me navigate through the building with ease. Thanks again, Angee! You’re a real one! 💙

Great location and office setup
Great location and office setup. I had a sales meeting there with a few folks from my sales team and the conference room was great. I had a slight scheduling and billing problem that was my own fault but they quickly worked with me to resolve it. Price point is below most others in Knoxville. I am going to be using them moving forward. Even ran into a good friend of mine there who also uses the location.

I have been a client of TKO Suites for over 10 years and have just retired.Their office stall is very professional and I always felt that they worked directly for me and were always very helpful to my needs. They maintain their offices and public areas at a high level. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for the type of office space that they offer to the public.
