I’ve had an excellent experience with TKO Suites. I use it for my business address and mail service, and the process has always been smooth, reliable, and reasonably priced. Charity Blume, the office manager, is fantastic—personable, professional, and always willing to help. Since this is a secure facility, I always feel confident knowing my mail is safe, and Charity makes sure I receive everything promptly. Great service, great people, great value—highly recommend!

Research Sessions in Raleigh NC
We're a Colorado-based medical device research company, and needed a facility to host 8 medical professionals for 3 hour sessions over the course of four days. The Raleigh TKO Suites met our needs to a T, and Office Manager Raven Singleton was amazing -- providing early access to the facility on a Sunday evening so that we could set up and hit the ground running Monday morning, graciously hosting and supporting our team, and even welcoming our research participants in advance of their sessions. We'll definitely look first to Raven and TKO Suites the next time we need facilities in Raleigh (and, based on our experience in Raleigh, even in other TKO Suites locations).

If you’re looking for office space, I highly recommend TKO Suites Wilmington! The staff have been incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Keisha, who made the entire process seamless.
We initially needed a conference room to rent for a month and turned to TKO Delaware. We ended up renting an office space here and couldn’t be happier. The office is clean, well-maintained, and professional.
Another big plus — we received our security deposit within two months. After just one follow-up call, the tracking details were shared with us the very next day, which was impressive.
A big thank you to Keisha for all her support. Highly recommend TKO Suites Wilmington for anyone looking for a reliable and professional office space!

They have great customer service and help you out when finances can be hard. Highly recommend renting and/or working with them.

Downtown quality with suburbs traffic
Great place to get some work done. Been here for over 2 years and love the experience. Easy parking, almost no traffic around the office, quiet work environment, and great staff.

Inviting space
The environment was ideal, it is newly renovated with clean, bright lighting that created a professional and inviting atmosphere. The location was quiet and perfect for getting work done without distractions. Also the staff were extremely helpful. They have a great leasing and reception team that creates a welcoming environment for any professional or small business!
