I thoroughly recommend The Little Green Energy Company

From the very start when the surveyor Oliver came to assess our needs, right through to the installation yesterday.

Oliver explained the possible options which would suit us. They would contact UK power networks and have a point of contact for the installation. There was no high pressure sales, just clear advice and a willingness to listen to assess our requirements.

The project manager, Karrianne, arranged a suitable date for installation which took account of our needs and the timing of the UK power network approvals.

Charles and Matt the engineers arrived promptly for the installation and kept us informed on what was happening throughout the day. They were polite and respectful and are a credit to the company.

They helped set up the app on my phone to monitor the system and explained everything clearly.

Only niggle is lack of explanation about software settings. A wrong setting we didn’t even know about left us failing to charge from overnight off peak grid. There’s no user friendly manual for the software- which imo is essential to get the most from your investment.

Very helpful people and very good at there jobs, have had solar panels and 2 battery's fitted, saving money on house and charging the cars, this is the way to move forward.

I had Solar panel installed back in 2019 and then having experienced a disconnection from the mains supply a couple of years ago I considered adding a solar battery to my solar panels, but the price put me off. Then with the cost of Tesla batteries, the best, started to come down I approach another company to do this, but they went into administration.
Then I contacted The Little Green Energy Company and found that VAT for these upgrades had been removed and I went ahead.
I am pleased to report that they were very professional, and I am now able to fully exploit the electricity produced from my solar panels during the summer months and change my battery overnight using cheap off-peak electricity when the sun doesn’t shine to power my house during the day.
I further found they were very efficient at replacing my Solar Edge invertor which failed under guarantee with the newest model for free.

Great service from start to finish , initially explained well and arranged quickly , workmen arrived on time and very efficient especially the electrical installation which was very neat , after service has been excellent too there is always some one on the end of the phone if needed

I had no problems from planning to completion. The installation was efficient and well executed including liaison with Network Power. I have confidence and trust in the company and their personal attention to details ensuring customer satisfaction.

The technician was always helpful and clear from the start and if I called or emailed he responded swiftly.

They were happy to spend time explaining how the additional system would work in line with the existing.

Once confirmed, the installation team took over and worked quickly, efficiently and tidily throughout.

Instalation was clean and tidy, fitters were polite, good comunications and very informative

Until recently very happy with the service, used multiple times to add batteries, solar, car connector (charger).Since last install had an issue that’s been ignored.

First class from start to finish

The install process was very efficient and the installers very helpful. My only 2 star rating is because when I was initially inquiring about installing a Tesla Powerwall II, I did ask about the option of installing the newer Powerwall III. I was told this is not available in UK and that I would have no problems adding additional Powerwall II's in the future. Within only a few weeks of my install TLGEC send me emails about the new Powerwall III and also emails telling me that in the future Powerwall II additional units will not be available.
I feel I was misled as if I had known that, I would have preferred to wait a few week and have installed a Powerwall III.

So well organised from start to finish with the teams putting on the solar panels and doing the electrics superb.

For design and installation this company is brilliant. For fixing failures after a while though inside warranty, they are very slow to respond (weeks) and action is very delayed.

Further they have been very helpful for any queries we have had following their installation (annual maintenance etc)

Not the cheapest but top quality materials and it is outperforming my neighbours system. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them , their young team were top notch

They are poor at communication. They are good at mis-selling a product but poor at setting things right. They talk down to women
