Ordered last Feb. 2021 and until now haven't received the product. Have emailed them a couple of times but only replied a couple of times but no action.

Absolutely a scam this company should not be allowed to advertise through face book. Placed order they soon took my money and no order received have emailed 15 times and no response. No customer service available only to scam your money.

Awful. Don’t believe the hype. It doesn’t work - doesn’t cover if you put on normal thickness. If you put it on thicker you get clogged pores and orange colour! Also it stinks and doesn’t protect against the sun. It’s just a con.

Like others, I ordered months ago and didn't receive it. Chased it up and offered refund or resend, opted for resend and still nothing. Chased again twice and ignored! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered in February 2021. It's now September 2021. Still no product. Can't email them because suddenly the email address cannot be found....

Ordered this product in May 2021, didn't arrive. Reported it and received email offering resend or refund. Asked them to re send and here I am 31st Aug - nothing and they will not respond to any of my emails. Totally disgusted. This company is a total rip off!

I didn’t even want to give one star…this place is s hit…ordered months ago, was supposed to be $39..took over $300 out of my account, zero product, I sent several emails to get minimal words back, now they just ignore me! I tell everyone not to order form them! YOU SUCK A$$HOLES!!!

I ordered a product in March, not received, chased up in June and they promised to send, nothing received. Chased up again and ignored. This company is obvioulsy a total scam and should be closed down. I am tryin to work out how to report them.

I ordered this product before Christmas & received in late January. Excellent product, so I re-ordered 14 May 2021. Still no sign despite several emails & a promise on 15 June to reship & refund!!! So disappointing for such a good product!!!

Ordered in April, emailed in May to say I hadn’t received my order and they emailed me back to say they would send or I could refund to the card I paid on. I chose to have the product sent out again to give them a chance as at least they replied to my email.
Now July and despite me emailing them again in June I have had no further reply from them. Do not order from this company online

I ordered this product in February and still have not received it. I have emailed them more than 5 times with no response and there phone number listed just goes to a very suspicious "not valid" sound. This is an absolute scam, they should be super ashamed of themselves, especially Jeffree Star.

Ordered in April, numerous emails and messages on FB finally prompted a reply that my order would be shipped immediately. Four weeks later, still waiting!! STEER CLEAR!!!

Absolutely awful and a complete waste of money. Do not waste your money on this product.

Such a handy and useful machine. It leaves my skin so smooth and removes all the hair within 3 uses. It's both time and money saver.
