Do not buy!
I bought this product last year through the website and it was fantastic. I bought two bottles of this product again in June this year and haven’t received any notification it has been sent. I have emailed 5 times and had no response! Scam!

Ordered items on 13 June, with a 7 to 10 day delivery, After contacting them 5 times, with no response, my tracking number has now been refused. THIS IS A SCAM. I am contacting my bank card provider to get my money back, and will be reporting this company

TLM Cosmetics appalling service
Don’t waste your time or money.
Purchased as a birthday present. Still haven’t received after a month. After contacting customer service and receiving brief, generic responses I requested a refund. I was then provided a tracking number that was false and couldn’t be located by Royal Mail. Again I requested a refund. A month has passed and I have only just received an email that my item has been dispatched - despite the 7-10 day’s delivery time stated all over their website. I doubt it ever would have been had I not complained so many times. If I ever receive the foundation it will be a miracle. Don’t order, not worth the bother.

Purchased 3 foundation and they arrived in a month. Quality looks very good
Purchased 3 TLM foundation in early December and received in early January. The product packaging and quality looks great but I haven't used it yet. Will review again after I use the product.
