I’ve been using TM Hughes for about 8 years and they have always been brilliant. Great service and very straight forward. Terry goes above and beyond to make sure that someone can come to the rescue in an emergency. We had a leak recently and Terry was a life saver, both at the end of the phone to help with guidance for stopping the leak and in providing the right people to deal with the aftermath. Can’t recommend TM Hughes highly enough.

These guys really helped out with a pressure issue I experienced which was stopping the boiler from working. They were able to help after seeing a few pictures of my setup and provided recommended actions that meant I had hot water again at the weekend.

Changed my heating system from a convential boiler to a combi boiler. Very competetive quote. Quick lead time for getting the job booked in. Service from Terry and Joe was excellent. Expert knowledge and consulted throughout the job. Quality workmanship.

6am on a Saturday morning my boiler was loosing pressure and leaking. Called Terry after reading reviews on Trust A Trader.
True to his word he was with us within an hour and had stopped the leak but sadly after 16 years the old boiler had given up completely, so were quoted for a new one and installation. We were kept upto date and within 3 days everything was fitted.
The engineer on the day was courteous and tidy and when explaining everything was Covid safe by wearing a mask.
Great service throughout and would highly recommend.

TM Hughes carried out a complete bathroom redesign for us including organising building work (removing a wall and building a new one). All their workmen have been professional, friendly and skilled. We had some supply issues with COVID disruption but Terry worked hard to get us around all these and the work was completed in good time and to a very high standard.
